Ducts On Call was the most responsive duct business I have called. I told them my issue with an odd smell coming out of my vents and they were able to come to my house within the hour. They fogged the vents and were very responsive to questions I had. I would definitely recommend Ducts On Call in the future.

Nick and his wife got me in same day I called. Dryer vent cleaning that turned into duct repair that wasn’t properly done by my ex. Nick explained what was going on, fixed the issue and took the time to show me before and after pictures. Now I know why clothes weren’t drying and can rest better knowing it’s fixed and fixed RIGHT. Nick came out as I was having issues with airflow to my dryer. He discovered that when I had my roof replaced a month ago, the roofers sealed over the vent! He also found other issues with the roofing and took photos for me so I could share them with the roofing company. He was kind, professional, and cleaned up after himself even though he didn't get to do the actual duct cleaning. I will certainly call him when I do need the duct cleaned!

As a first timer homeowner, I had no idea what to expect. Ducts on Call was prompt, timely, and professional. They thoroughly explained everything that was happening so that I understood what I was getting. I also installed a thermostat incorrectly and they took the time to go through it with me to make sure my AC and heating was working properly. Other places were scheduled 3-6 months out but Ducts on Call were able to fit me in less than a week. They also took before and after phots to show me what was being cleaned. The Duct On Call crew was very professional and friendly. They came in and unclogged the dryer vent in a relatively short period of time. They explained the process as they cleared the lint that was stuck in the vent, and I was very pleased with the outcome of their service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a similar issue. The cost of the service was very reasonable as well.

Axl and Jordan did an amazing job cleaning our very dirty HVAC system. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of our home. They also explained what they were doing clearly and made recommendations to add another vent to one of our HVAC runs. It was great to see before and after pictures as the process was unfolding to feel good about what were paying for. Upon completion, they cleaned up everything perfectly. Our furnace actually runs much quieter now and the air quality has improved greatly. Not only that, but the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Ducts on Call.

The techs at Ducts on Call did an amazing job for us. Extremely thorough, very respectful of our home, and they worked until the job was done even though it ended up being a bigger job than originally expected. The pricing was fair and reasonable and we are extremely pleased with the service and recommend it to everyone. They did a full duct work and furnace coil clean out as well as our dryer vent.

I would highly recommend this company, they are very thorough and respectful of your home. They removed all registers and washed them in a sink, vacuumed inside them then cleaned inside all the duct work, vents and returns. Then Nick took the blower motor out of the furnace and cut access to the A- Coil. Cleaned the heat exchanger and A-Coil also cleaned and disinfected them and fitted covers over the ducts where he opened them up to clean, they looked like factory original access covers. I spoke with some neighbors and friends that had there ducts cleaned by different companies and they were not has thorough and did not remove the blower motor which is very important for a great result. My home is 25 years old and we had a lot of dust on surfaces after a few days, it is now a lot cleaner for longer time. They also told us what type of fitter would be more efficient with our furnace. When the left every thing was put back in place and you wouldn't know they were ever here.

No need to look anywhere else. There's good customer service and then there's GREAT customer service. These guys are off the charts and I would strongly recommend Ducts On Call out of Sun Prairie.

The owners came out to clean our dryer vents. They were so impressive and did such a great job we booked a whole house duct cleaning about a month later. Jordan and Axl - were AMAZING. Professional, thorough, thoughtful to our family and pets. Can't say enough good about my experience with these guys. Major thumbs up!

Unfortunately we found mold in our basement which had infiltrated our heating system and duct work. Nick at Ducts on Call was recommended as someone familiar with remediating mold in HVAC systems. Bottom line is that it was clear he knew what he was doing and he and his crew did a great job. The before and after photos are, frankly, shocking. Thank you for your work. We are now living back in our home safely and grateful.
