Removed an old microwave and installed a new one excellent work kind person and enjoyable to talk to. My mom is 101 and I had the microwave installed at her home. She doesn’t have to stand for hours cooking and she still takes care of herself. she can’t live without a microwave. Thank you so much for doing such a good job.

We needed new level leg assembly for our gas range. We found the part online and it was inexpensive but it was over twenty dollars to ship it. the worker's at quality appliance were so helpful identifying the specific part, ordered it, and it arrived the next day. We really appreciated their help.

Our Dishwasher broke and we needed a new one bad. The gentleman drove out 36+ miles, with snowy slick, nasty bumpy roads to get to my house and did EVERYTHING all by himself and even refused a tip. He was kind, quick and even spent time explaining how it worked with such patience. Absolutely Incredible! Do not lose that guy!

Our technician, Max, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. He was respectful of our property. Explained the problem and how the repair would be done. After finishing the repair he made sure everything worked and if we were satisfied with the repair. He cleaned the area where the repair was done.
I would use A1 again if I need an appliance repair in the future.

Outstanding service from Quality Appliance. Matt gave early warning of his arrival, completed the work in a very professional manner and cleaned up everything. Turned out ihe needed a longer drain hose so ran to Lowe’s and was back in 15 to finish the job. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience having a dishwasher installed. Installer was very professional, kind, & took the time to make sure I understood how to use it. He is one of those people you genuinely feel good about inviting into your home.

I was underwhelmed. I had a dishwasher replaced. It took 4 hours. Should have been an hour for an experienced technician. I also thought the technician was looking for an excuse not to do the job. He told me my cutoff valve was frozen and stated he "wasn't a plumber" so he couldn't proceed. So I closed the water supply valve myself. It was rough at first, but it wasn't frozen. I was annoyed when he took his dolly over the door transition and stoop backwards. Luckily he didn't tear up the transition or chip the concrete. His dolly had roller skids if he used it correctly. The dishwasher ended up with a slight pucker in the stainless steel front from forcing it into the hole. A cabinet trim piece got knocked off and handed to me to repair. He was pretty neat and did a decent job of restoring his work area. The water shutoff valve leaked at the stem when turning it back on. I had to coach him to tighten the packing nut and it stopped. Overall, my impression is he was new to this kind of work and I felt I had to watch him closely. Kind of a wash if the $180 extra bucks to Costco for the installation was worth 4 hours of my time and the risk of a new guy learning on my plumbing. I usually replace these myself in my apartments in 45min to an hour. It's only a 2 screw and three connections job. Communication with the A1 office was great.

Very accommodating - scheduling was great with parts arriving in time and the technician arriving ahead of schedule. It took several hours to track down the problem but the tech was methodical and determined! It was a job well done!

They were great when I needed to reschedule. Once they came out, Jacob was quick and did a great job. He also cleaned up and took away the trash. Very happy with the install.

Last Monday I had the technician from Quality Appliance come out to repair my broken microwave. He looked at it and said he would have to order parts that would take a couple of days. So I paid for the parts and waited for them to call me. They called and came out the next Friday with the parts. After some time the technician said that the new parts had been received broken and he would need to reorder. Upon questioning him about the parts, he stated there was no guarantee that the reordered parts would work either. He thought that there might be something else wrong with the microwave and since it was 12 years old, he agreed I should get a new one. He also stated that I would get a refund for the $70 dollars i paid them for the new broken parts. I have yet to receive that credit. I am disappointed in their service. They do not instill confidence to their customers. I will not be using their services again.

Max was super professional, knowledgeable, and even had the correct part in the truck, so I didn't have to live dishwasherless while waiting for that! He also educated me about how to keep it clean and running in tiptop shape. Will recommend him and use again.

A1 Quality appliance was who I was assigned by my home warranty when the ice maker went on the fritz. Always a little worrisome about companies that home warranty uses.

Well A1 contacted me quickly and had a tech out no long after contacting me.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts had to be ordered.

Once parts were in, I was contracted to setup return appointment and was able to have them back out quickly to install.

Same tech showed up with a great attitude and I was impressed watching him work, he was extremely efficient and very good at his job. My ice maker works perfectly now. You can’t go wrong using quality appliance in my opinion.

Our Diswasher is under warranty but our Refrigerator is not.
Both appliances needed filters. We felt the $80.00 was possibly on the high side but sense we don't purchase those types of products regularly, we dug into our pockets and paid the invoice.
We were very impressed with the young man from Quality Appliance.
He was on time. Very courteous. Took time to explain what he was seeing as the root of the problems.
He was very professional both in knowledge and appearance!
I highly recommend Quality Appliance and when necessary, will call for their help in the future!
