they definitely got the right person to answer phone calls. but they need to reevaluate their technicians or get some trainings on good customer service and common courtesies.

Told us last week they’d be out Thursday or Friday and they’d be out Monday now they can’t come out It’s just too far poor service poor attitudes

For Boise refrigeration repair, there is only one company we call to work on our coolers and freezers: it’s Jim & Clay. One of our beverage coolers was not working this morning. He gave me a quote of $260 for parts, labor and fixed our cooler before noon. He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained in detail the problem and solution, and gave us an honest quote.

These folks were the absolute best. A few years back I rescued a reach in cooler from going to be scrapped and have been keeping it running repairing it as needed. The manufacturer went out of business years ago so parts are hard to find. Called them and were told what to bring in and they would see if they could find a replacment part to address a problem I was having. Sure enough they did and even better they had recovered the part from a unit that was DOA from the manufacturer they were told to scrap. Love the reuse ethic and the time they spent explaining how the part worked and how to put it all back together. The cooler is back running and purs like a kitten now.

You need to tell this DA to slow down and quit cutting people off.

Technician Jeremy was very nice, polite, and walked me through everything he was doing. And he seems to have fixed it too 🤞🏼He was efficient with the time and everyone I spoke with to schedule the appointment was kind and helpful.

We had a very complicated installation of a downdraft dual fuel range which involved 3 visits and 4 different technicians. They were all prompt, professional and worked hard to resolve the problems.

The only downside was that we live outside of Boise and A1 only comes to our area once a week so this process took 3 weeks.

Damien installed our dishwasher and did a great job! We will call A-1 if we need further appliance assistance. Thank you, Deb

The quickest turn around time (3 days) I've experienced with CHW from submitting the claim, CHW contacting & setting up appointments with qualified technician to assess issue, to repair/replace my garbage disposal that had started leaking....easy peasy... well worth the housecall fee.

PLEASE, do yourself a favor and find somebody else. This company is extremely shady. I scheduled a repair for our Gas Range before Thanksgiving and they didn’t have a clue where to start. $150 for absolutely NOTHING. Jeremy claimed he couldn’t do anything since he couldn’t power the unit, which was false.
I will also be filing a report with the BBB. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
