Highly recommend Western Boise Appliance.

Fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. Rich came out and serviced our dishwasher. He checked all gaskets and found another one that was broken. The other part was ordered. Rich came back the next week when the part came in.

I had a burnt out burner on my stove and saw some great reviews here. I called Rich and was not disappointed. He came out on time and was very thorough in his testing and explanation of what was wrong. He did the repair on the spot and his charge was very reasonable. I would recommend him to a friend.

Rich was a very professional provider, he was willing to explain things so I could understand. He was patient with my decision making and did a great job of repair and cleaning up. I recommend his services wholeheartedly! Thanks so much Rich!!

Was extremely pleased with how quickly Rich was able to get out to our house to fix our Samsung dryer. I was especially happy that he was on time and was able to complete the repairs in a pretty short time. Rich had the necessary part on his truck ready to fix our dryer!

Western was awesome. I purchased a washer dryer set from Craigslist and knew that the dryer needed help, but two months afterwards, the washer stopped working. Rich came out and cleaned the filter and pump. We hoped that would take care of it, but two weeks later the pump failed. He came out again and replaced it, and he only charged for the part....not a second service call fee! Thank you!

Our call to Western Appliance Repair was answered by Rich. He was out the next day. He found the problem and ordered the needed part. He made an appointment to return and fix the unit.

He called several days before his appointed date and told us that the new part was in, and asked if he could come out the next day to fix the unit.

He came when he said he would be here and fixed the unit.

We can now use the unit again.

Western came over to repair my dryer, he promptly fixed the problem and had the replacement part on his truck when he arrived. I really liked this because other repairman typically had to order parts and return later. His prices were reasonable. I'll call them again!

Rich was wonderful to work with. He really explained in detail to me what was going on with my washer and made me feel very comfortable with what it would require to fix it. He also came on time and made me things easy for all of us, even with my kids here!

Over the years, Rich has repaired many appliances in my home, ranging from minor fixes to major electric motor rebuilds. He's prompt, fast, reliable, and technically genius! The repairs he's done have returned my appliances to full working order and they work just like new again. I can't recommend Western Appliance more highly.

My dryer went out of commission a couple days ago. I was recommended to Rich from a family member. He came and within 20 minutes had my dryer repaired. Very satisfied with the price and quality of his service. Would go back to for all my appliance repair needs.

Rich has been our Appliance guy for years! Unlike other repair companies, he can get me in quickly and has always been able to repair the same day! He gets the job done quickly and right. And he's also honest and lets us know when it's better to replace an appliance rather than fix it. Over the years he's repaired dishwashers, a freezer, and a washing machine for us. We highly recommend him!

Rich is super easy to work with and very responsive. He replaced our ice maker a few months ago and we were very pleased with his service. Unfortunately, we had problems with the new unit, so I called him back to see what our options were. He came back out within 36 hours of my call, replaced the defective ice maker in less than 30 minutes, and didn't charge for the new unit or the labor. New unit is working great! Thanks, Rich!

EDIT: I was very unhappy with W. Boise Appliance Repair. Rich wouldn't provide an estimate, just saying it would be very cheap. Then he presented me with an outrageous bill for simply popping out a disposal plug, but told me he would discount it by half if I wrote a 5-star review. He watched as I wrote it. So now you know why he has so many 5-star reviews.

I am very happy with the service from W. Boise Appliance Repair. I called Rich to fix my dishwasher that wouldn't drain. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the plug on my new garbage disposal not having been punched out when it was installed. He popped it out and problem solved!

Rich was very personable and professional! He was on time and very affordable, best value in the area by far!
Our dryer was working in less than 30 minutes! He scheduled us between 1-3 and was here at 12:08 and had my dryer working before 1pm. He was extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Rich was quick to get back to me and diagnosed the problem in short order. He advised me that my dishwasher, although a bit old was still very good and worth keeping instead of getting a new one. Once the new part I needed came in he came soon after and fixed the problem without incident. He was very reasonably priced and very easy to work with.
