Rich did a great job on fixing my washer. He is really good at troubling the problems, and showed me where the problem was and fixed it really quick!

Western Appliance did a great job. They answered my call immediately and come the next day. Parts needed were on the truck and refrigerator was repaired in one hour. I recommend them to anyone!!

Ok, I know it's a challenge to find legitimate appliance repair companies, but this one is good. We had a dishwasher go out & a friend tried to tell us what the issue was, but it turned out to be incorrect. Western Boise Appliance Repair got it fixed correctly & that was over a month ago.

We were back in the corner trying to appease one rental president. And the appliance people understood our position and expedited our situation so we wouldn't have to continue listening to head overgrown spoiled little child. We got the new washer in, and this is the urgency that the rental resident demonstrated. She didn't even pay attention to the installation of the new washer that she trying to make a federal case out of. She called me up two days after it was installed and asked me when's the new washer going to arrive I said it already has two days ago, take a shower every once in awhile and you will notice the obvious. Just another day at a whole mistakes try and enjoy yours.

I added baking soda to the dishwasher, which had clogged the drain. I had called Western Appliance Repair in the past and was very satisfied. I called them again and they arrived on time, as always, and had my drain cleaned out quickly. I strongly recommend this company.

My dryer was not working correctly and wouldn't turn on. The dryer belt turned out to be broken. Western Appliance Repair was prompt and showed up on-time.
