I used Apple Plumbing to install a new water heater, and they were excellent to work with. They were very prompt with scheduling and on-time for each appointment. For the estimate they walked me through my options and did a thorough job of explaining both the water heater replacement and tankless option and how the installation would work. It was extremely helpful and showed me that I could expect some quality work out of the installation. I opted for the water heater replacement and they did the work on time and on estimate. It was a particularly challenging installation, and I'm both impressed and happy that they were able to do it! Rob did both the installation and estimate and he was fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable and patient with answering all of my questions. Also, McKenna (sorry if I got the name wrong!) was great about following up on scheduling appointments. I expect to be going with Apple Plumbing for any future plumbing work I need done and I will be referring them to my friends.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Apple Plumbing.
APPLE Plumbing started and finished in the time promised ,our remodel consisted of replacing a bathtub with a beautiful walkin shower and installing a new vanity.
The Apple crew were very professional, competent,and courteous.They kept us informed of their progress .
We really enjoyed their pleasant attitude, They left the area they worked in spotless.
We love our new bathroom and highly recommend Apple Plumbing for outstanding service.

We recently hired Apple Plumbing & Bath to remove our existing tub/shower and replace it with a walk in shower with glass sliding doors, and we are very pleased with the results. They also installed a vanity and faucet/drain assembly. Working with this company was a very positive experience from the estimate appointment with Bob, the logistics management by Heather, and finally, the install work done by Mike, Blake, and Ramon. The entire project took 3 days, so the disruption was minimal. The entire group was extremely professional, they listened to our questions and offered expert advice and solutions. I would highly recommend Apple Plumbing & Bath to anyone who is looking to have a bathroom remodel done from a local company at a reasonable price. We will use them again for our plumbing needs. Fantastic from start to finish. Responded quickly with a quote. Offered great ideas, with competitive rates and schedules. They explained the process well so that we knew what to expect. The remodel team was amazing. They were all very skilled, and were also pleasant and great communicators. They took care of our house while creating two amazing new bathrooms. They put extra effort into everything (like putting up shower tiles so that the patterns flowed beautifully) and the finished product looks absolutely flawless. They did not hesitate to speak up if any issue arose, own it and deal with it. Really loved that they are also skilled plumbers so were able to manage plumbing changes that the remodel called for. Highly recommend.

I dealt with McKenna at the office and a plumber named Steven in the replacement of my water heater. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly in this day and age.....they did exactly what they promised! Actually, they went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Apple Plumbing! This is my third post for the great people at Apple Plumbing & Bath. They just recently finished my second shower makeover in the spare bathroom. And as always the outcome was outstanding. Exceptional is the word I use for the great people at Apple Plumbing & Bath Planet. I recently had new bath sinks and faucets installed in my home and the quality of work was (as I expected) exceptional. Rob the head plumbing guy is very customer oriented and he really works with the customer to get the best price that fits their needs and their budget.
Once the work was finished things were cleaned up and everything was hauled away. Great work!

If anyone is looking to remodel their shower, the folks at Bath Planet are the go to people for that as well. They completely did a shower make over for me two years ago and I'm still impressed with the quality and look of my shower.

Couldn't be more happy with Apple Plumbing & Bath. We called them after receiving an insane quote from another local company. They came and did a really thorough job and provided a quote for the same service and it was 10K LESS than the competitors quote. They were so friendly, I never felt like I was being sold on something I didnt need. We ended up doing a small portion of the project, and Stephen was great to work with. We will be calling when we are ready to complete the rest of the project. 5 plus stars.

I first met Plumber Steven Thompson on Friday afternoon, September 2, 2022 when did some work for his principal Apple Plumbing in my home. He was personable and friendly and did his work well too. I never expected to meet him again. But, in early December 2023, I observed a bulge in my kitchen ceiling! I realized: I need a plumber and fast! The person that first came to my mind was Steve. Why? Since he gave my wife Hilde and me really good service in the fall of 2022, I expected he would do so again in the late fall of 2023. I specifically asked Apple Plumbing & Bath to send to me Plumber Steven once again. Apple did and the Steve gave us good service again. Moral of my experience? If you want to spend you money wisely and get what you paid for: Hirer Steven Thompson and Apple Plumbing & Bath. You won't regret your decision or your payment. They are super responsive, helpful and got the job done quickly. We are so grateful for all their hard work and how they walked us through everything. My first call to reception allowed me to schedule quickly with a plumber arriving to assess what was wrong with our toilet.

The plumber was courteous and professional. After initially assessing the situation, pricing was given to me to let me know how the repair could have gone.

Once work was started and the plumber was able to fully diagnose the issue, they let me know what was wrong, how they were going to fix it and the total cost.

I felt informed and comfortable the entire process.

I’m glad I gave Apple Plumbing a call for my repair and once we remodel our bathroom, I will be calling them again.

We just had Apple Plumbing & Bath take out a 30 + year old shower/bathtub and install a new walk-in shower for us. It turned out great and we love it! Everyone with Apple Plumbing was great to work with. The installers (Mike, Blake, Romeo & Trey) were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful! They did a great job! They even did a free plumbing inspection of the whole house before the installation. We also felt their pricing was very fair. We would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Apple Plumbing & Bath! They helped me out with an "unplanned" bathroom remodel and did a FANTASTIC job! They replaced a rusted toilet drain and flange and installed an awesome new soaking tub and shower. I love my bathroom now!!!

Apple Plumbing and Bath were a joy to work with during our recent home renovation. Bob the owner did the design and quoting and answered all the questions we had. Steven came out as the plumber and not only hooked the new shower up, he also tightened up the fittings of our other shower that shared a common wall with the new shower. Luke and Blake were our installers and they did a great job! They asked us our preferences along the way to ensure all the shelves were located where we wanted them.
