Mike & Jake arrived on time and got to work. They laid tarps thru our dining room to protect the wood floor. They removed the old tub and surround and installed a new one with new plumbing. They were not overly noisy nor messy. They cleaned up and left our bathroom cleaner then when they arrived. I would use them again. Kept us informed as to their progress throughout the day which was extremely helpful and appreciated. They deserve more than the $20 bonus as far as we are concerned.

Zyler and Jose did an awesome job replacing my tub and shower, which were in dire need of an upgrade. They were very professional, fiendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. They did a great job cleaning up also. They are definitely an asset to your company.
I am looking forward to many years of relaxing baths in my new jetted tub. Just got it installed today and can't wait to use it!

They came at the time they were scheduled. Zyler and Derek worked quickly and efficiently. They had a lot to do because they were completely redesigning our shower to make it bigger and they moved the shower head to a different wall. They showed up at 7:30 am and we’re completely finished by 7:00 pm. I was impressed for sure. Now my shower is beautiful.

I would like to begin by thanking Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Boise for the outstanding work that Ryan, Jakob and Kindra performed on my new shower installation, there dedication, work ethic and professionalism was very reassuring to me as the homeowner. I was briefed first thing before work started as to what to expect and how the day's work would progress. I am very pleased with the day's work and how everything came together. After a very long day I am pleased to announce that I am the owner of a 5-STAR quality shower. Thanks to Jacuzzi Bath and the installers for a job well done. If you want to upgrade a bathtub to a shower my recommendation is with Jacuzzi Bath of Boise.

We had our shower updated to be safer as we are getting up in age. Our installers Mike, Derek and Jose kept us up on each step of the progress, were professional, cleaned up everything and loved on our dogs each time they walked by them. Appreciated their ability to get it done in a timely manner.

We love our new shower! Jeff Nicol, our salesman, was professional and informative. Mike, Steven, and Ty did an amazing job in installing our shower, explaining each step in the process, and working efficiently.

We had a bathtub enclosure replaced with a walk-in shower at our cabin in McCall Idaho. Alexandra drove 2 hours to give us an estimate. She was very informative and worked with us on pricing. We signed up and we’re able to get on jacuzzis schedule in 3 weeks. Steven and Zyler showed up at 8:30 am and got right to work. They were very easy to be around and answered any questions we had definitely wanting us to be happy with our new shower. They finished the job and we’re on their way by 5 pm. We love our new shower! This is the nicest experience we have had in along time. Fast efficient and everything we wanted.

We used Jacuzzi Bath Remodel through Costco. From our designer Alexandra Green to our installers Zyler & Jose, they all did excellent work. We had a bit of communication issues on day of install, but the manager called and it was all cleared up quickly and we got our dream bathroom! They really listen to their customers needs and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Would highly recommend them.

We just had Jacuzzi install a second shower in our home and we are incredibly happy with the results! From beginning to end everything went smoothly, our questions were answered and everything was to our liking. Steven, our installer, was very professional, friendly and personable. Bath to shower in one day! Mike and Jose were amazing, paid attention to detail, and worked so hard to complete in one day, demo and remodel of it all! The quality of the material is wonderful but the installers were such a pleasure to work with and worked so hard, plus they installed my new shower perfectly!

We had a great experience every step of the way. Steve did a wonderful job explaining the product and benefits of Jacuzzi. We were called weekly with updates. The day of the install, Ryan and Jakob were on time, polite and very thorough. They explained what they were doing as the day progressed and cleaned up after themselves when they finished. Our experience with Jacuzzi bath was incredibly positive through and through! We had two bathrooms redone. They were a bit higher priced than other bids we received for the project but with an explanation and example of the quality of work offered, we were sold.

David came to give us a quote and he was incredibly personable and worked with us to fit our budget. When it came time for installation, two crews showed up to get both bathrooms done in a single day! Ryan, Mike, Zyler, and Ty did incredible work, much of it outside prepping parts in 100+ degree heat. These guys did an amazing job and our bath and shower look like something out of a high end magazine. Top notch customer service and an incredible finished product!!!

Steven and Nate arrived at 7AM and went over all the products to be installed, they listened to all my questions and they began work. Throughout the work day Steven and Nate checked in with me so I could monitor their progress . Once they were finished, Steven explained how the new shower door and nozzle worked. I was very happy that this would make my 86 year old mother more comfortable when she needs a shower. Steven and Nate represented Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel of Boise in the most professional way! You can tell they enjoy their jobs.

We installed a new Jacuzzi shower today! It is such a huge improvement ! Steven and Mike were amazing and were so professional . We are extremely happy with them and the project. We will definitely use them on the next project and request Steven and Mike to come back and take care of it for us.

We are very happy with our new step in shower. Mike, Chance and Kendra did a wonderful job with the installation and clean up. They were on time and stayed committed to finishing project even after waiting for the Plummer. 100% satisfaction at our house.

Mike and Ty arrived just before 8 am and didn't leave until 10 pm that day. Much appreciated that they were committed to stay until the job was done, even though it was a very long day for them. They were polite, pleasant, and thorough. They checked with me throughout the day whenever questions arose or decisions needed to be made. Mike and Ty were confident and competent in installing my new bathtub and rearranging the plumbing.

Ty & Kindra were prompt for the install. Ty went over everything on every step of the way. Very meticulous and attentio to detail. A great looking upgrade to our guest bath!
