Ryan, Ryler, Jacob and Ty were great! They were punctual, professional and very informative. Their clean up after the job was the best of any contractors we’ve used. Highly recommend Boise Jacuzzi!!

They delivered as promised at the agreed upon price. Their teamwork was seamless and Nate, Tyler and Steve and the other team members worked together to repair the bathroom floor and install a new walk in shower. They transformed our small bathroom into a beautiful room with a great new shower! They were very responsive to any questions and requests and were committed to giving us a quality bathroom that we will enjoy for many years!

From the time I ordered my new shower through the day of installation, I received A+ service. A customer representative called weekly to keep me updated. On the day of installation, Mike and Steven showed up promptly and worked diligently the entire day to make sure everything was completed on time and in perfect condition. Thank you!

Excellent attention to detail! Showed up on time at 7 am and left late on each of the two days they were here to do two new walk in showers. Excellent fitting skills and everything looks perfect! Zyler and Chance are top notch installers!

Zyler, Kindra and Jakob were on time and protected the areas around the work site before beginning work. The project went great and they finished in one full day. The shower looks great, what an improvement the our guest bathroom. I would recommend this team for your project.

Ryan and Zyler were awesome. They were on time and worked hard. They put in a 12 hour day! There was an minor install problem, instead of hiding the issue or trying to simply patch it, they told us about it and Ryan came back the next day and spent another 5 hours to completely redo the shower wall. Great company, I would recommend and use them again.

Zyler and Ty came to remove our old fiberglass shower and install a new, gorgeous shower. They were prompt and professional. They worked hard all day and got the job done in one day. They even left our house cleaner than they found it!

I am very pleased with how the new shower came out and impressed with the service we have recieved in all parts of this process.

Steven, Mike & Ty arrived on time and completed the project in just one day. They cleaned up the area before they left that evening. We have a small crank out window in the upper shower wall which posed a challenge but they were able to masterfully finish the panel and trim around it. Well done Guys!

Jacuzzi replaced our failing ReBath tub insert with a beautiful walk-in shower. They arrived on time and we only had one snafu that was easily fixed and did not delay the project, but did add to the cost because we had to call in a different plumber to bring connecting pipe up to code. Definitely not something we could have foreseen. The demolition, plumbing rework, and install was finished in one day and took about 12 hours. I am so happy with the finished product and I highly recommend them! Zyler and Kindra did a wonderful job of keeping the project cleaned up and making sure to keep an eye out for my escape artist cats when they came and went through the front door.

We just had our shower replaced by Jacuzzi, and it looks amazing! Steven, Kindra, and Zach were all extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They explained the process that they were going to take, the didn't rush me on making decisions about the height of where I wanted fixtures to go, and answered all of my questions. The end results came out BEAUTIFUL and exactly what you expect from a professional. The biggest bonus solid customer service was they took off their shoes for me when floor coverings weren't laid down yet. I know that is a huge ask for builders and I'm grateful they granted me that. Thank you Steven, Kindra and Zack!

Tye and Jose we're just great installers! I was told that they would be at my home between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and they showed up at 7:04 a.m.
Tye told me that they would be done about 4:00 p.m. and he kept me informed during the day of the progress of the shower remodel. This crew finished even sooner than they thought.
Jose did a great job of cleanup afterwards. He was so good that I did not have to do anything.
I would highly recommend these two if you are doing a bathroom remodel.

Update*** Since the install, I have developed several problems and this company has failed to return my phone calls. I have filed complaints with the BBB and if there is no response, I will file with Consumer Affairs at the AG's office before I go to seek legal counsel.

We were very pleased with our experience and the product provided. The project involved the removal of the exisitng shower, the expansion of the existing wall and ceiling, and the installation of the Jacuzzi custom shower. Regarding the installation and remodel they arrived on time, explained in detail what the project would entail, reviewed in advance the fixtures and features selected, and completed the job when projected. The crew (Ryan, Jakob, Zyler, and Ty) were very professional, pleasant, and detail oriented with the finished product being beautiful.

Mike and Tag did a fabulous job with our shower remodel. Not only were they on time, they were kind, professional, and extremely fast in ripping out our old shower and putting in a completely new one with new plumbing, new fixtures, new pan, and beautiful wrap.
