Wow! Customer service has been 12/10 throughout the entire process. I am very impressed with the installation team, Steve, Ty, Kendra and Jose were hardworking and quick moving from the moment they arrived. They covered my home in drop cloths before starting and were mindful of my home. They cleaned up spotlessly before leaving. This team is welcome back in my home anytime. Oh, and my new shower is absolutely beautiful! Soft close glass doors for the win!

We were impressed with the entire team at Jacuzzi. From our first meeting with the salesperson, Steve, to the install with Steven and Mike, everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. They kept us informed through the entire process. The installation team of Steven and Mike arrived early and worked diligently the entire day. They also kept us informed through every step of the install process. We are extremely happy with our new shower and would recommend Jacuzzi of Boise to anyone looking to remodel their bath.

Mike, Ty, Daniel, and Steven arrived right on time. They were very courteous and extremely professional. Mike explained everything that was going to happen with my shower installation to my satisfaction and the team got to work. Mike kept me informed along the way and when the install was complete I was totally amazed! Great work guys!

My 84 year old mother moved in and needed a walk-in shower. We meet with Kevin B. and he was the most sincere salesman we’ve ever met. We were going to get other estimates but once we met with Kevin B. we canceled the others. Steven and Kindra were our installers and they were on time, professional, and maintained a very clean job site. Installation was done in ONE DAY!! The walk-in shower is beautiful and worth every penny.

I had a wonderful experience with Bath Remodel of Boise. My installer team, Steven, Mike and Ty arrived on time, before the sun was up. After a detailed discussion with me about the job, the materials and my expectations, they started by laying out mats through my house to the bathroom so that they would keep everything nice and clean. Right from the beginning, they demonstrated their professionalism and made me feel very secure that I had a great team. They arrived at 7 AM, and by 3 o’clock in the afternoon I had a beautiful new shower. They left my house so clean, it looked like they hadn’t even been here. The finished product was beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Apple came out drained and serviced both of our water heaters. Our service tech arrived exactly when he said he would. They do a great job!

Apple plumbing has a quick turn around to get someone out. Ramone did an amazing job answering all my questions and even checking both crawl spaces to ease my mind that everything was fixed. Highly recommend their services

Apple Plumbing is the best. We needed immediate help at a rental property. Bob and his crew were extremely responsive and diagnosed our problem right away. Not only did they take the time to explain what we needed and why we needed it, they talked us through the step-by-step process they would use to install our sewer clean-out. The service was impeccable, they were honest, on time, professional, and we could not be happier with the results. I will use Apple Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Apple Plumbing is wonderful to work with.
They installed a water softener, brand new acrylic shower, retiled around my tub, vanity/sink install, as well as laid 2 bathroom LVP floors for us.
Bob's cost estimates were accurate and he did not play any hidden fees games. Very up front and honest in his dealings.
The workers were courteous, friendly, and picked up after themselves.
A couple unexpected minor door trim/drywall "repairs" were needed due to installing the new vanity in the tight fit of my small bathroom and tile removal damage to the wall around my tub. At no extra cost to me they took care of the repair work.
There were a few finishing touches that they needed to come back for. When I called with my concerns, Heather in the office did a great job coordinating and the guys came out with good attitudes and fixed the minor issues, no problem. (some grout had dried mis-colored and needed redone. The nailhead indents in new trim needed painted)

Where do I start? Apple Plumbing responded way sooner than I thought they would be able to. The plumber came quickly, tried the easier less expensive way first. And of course, we thought the problem was solved, but the hot water heater did not cooperate. Long story short, Apple Plumbing was very understanding of our financial situation and went above and beyond to meet our needs and we had a brand new hot water heater working the same night. We are very happy with everything they did for us and are very blessed to have them at the top of the list for any Plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend Apple Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Mike and his crew replaced the shower liner, pan, valve, door and replaced the old shower head with a new handheld shower in one of our bathrooms. In our other bathroom they knocked out the old tile and replaced it with an acrylic tub liner, and replaced the tub and the toilet. In both bathrooms they installed new grab bars. They did an excellent job! They started promptly at the time they said they would both days they were here. They were professional but friendly, cleaned up thoroughly when finished, and completed the work early. We are very pleased with the work they did and would definitely recommend them!

It’s never a good day when you have a plumbing emergency, especially just before a long weekend! But, Apple Plumbing really helped turn a crisis into a very positive experience. Apple Plumbing is an outstanding company. I'm sure there are a lot of plumbing companies that can technically complete a job as well as Apple, but hard to imagine any that have the focus on customer service that Apple does. The communication when I booked the appointment was perfect and when the plumber showed up he really listened to what my issue was. He gave me a list of options to consider, took his time to explain each option, and then just let me decide. I never felt pressured at all. I was also very impressed by the level of protocol for safety and cleanliness . Love this company and would highly recommend to others.

We converted a tub to shower. The experience started off great with the owner Bob. He measured the bathroom and gave us a bid at the same time. No pressure sale just a professional buisnessman. The crew showed up on time. Mike and Marcus could have not been anymore professional then they were. I fill they respected my home as if it was theirs. The job was completed in the time we talked about. Both women in the office were also very friendly. I would highly recommend Apple Plumbing. I know now I have plumber in the future.

Our technician Josh was very friendly and informative. The repair took much longer than expected since we did not know where the house shutoff was and he had to repair a prior poor repair. He did not increase the fee he first quoted due to the extra time. I will use Apple Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Have used many plumbers over the years, and Apple Plumbing is a refreshing and professional outfit! Good, firm and fair advance estimates, with work done promptly. Communication is really stellar. Reminder call ahead of appointment, and calls with updates during job. Highly recommended!! Also, Rob was great to work with!!

Had a leaking pipe in the garage where well delivers water to holding tanks. Plumber (Steve) arrived when scheduled, FREE estimate to repair. We discussed some improvements, and added to estimate. Office always called in advance to confirm appointment time was still good. Repairs & modification were done as discussed. Work was top quality. Done right. Done on time. Done for the agreed upon cost. Next time: Apple Plumbing for my plumbing needs.
