I hired Lighthouse Inspection to inspect a new home I was buying. They were referred to me by a relative who got their house inspected by Lighthouse Insp. and were also very please with their work. I would highly recommend Lighthouse Inspection to anyone, they did an amazing thorough job of taking pictures and pointing out small and any major issue there were. They inspected the crawl space, attic, roof, all the electrical, insulation, heater, A/C unit and water heater and more. If there were any issue they noted how it's supposed to be. Definitely recommend them and would use then in the future.

We hired HDT pools to build a backyard 20'x40' pool and concrete patio several years ago. The project went perfectly smooth from start to finish, and on time. No problems or surprises and the result was beautiful. We've been enjoying the pool and patio since and everything is working great. Troy and his son Jason are really great hard working people with a ton of knowledge and experience. Don't waste your time looking for anyone else. If you can get these guys on your schedule, get them. And they are a lot of fun to hang out with!

If you are looking for someone to design and install your pool, stop looking. You have arrived. HDT Pools. I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people. Troy Haney has built a family-run business that goes above and beyond. His knowledge is unfathomable, not to mention his integrity. He designs and installs pools that are not only beautiful, but simplistically functioning and highly durable.
Troy first installed my pool in 2012. HDT was the last company I called for a bid. Best call I ever made. He understood my budget, had several fantastic suggestions and did not try to upsell. I was immediately sold. He and his crew installed my oasis. On budget. On time.
Then in 2017 snowmageddon hit. Unfortunately, I neglected to lower the water level and it rose above the coping before freezing solid. I basically had a pool glacier until late spring. Due to the tremendous original design & work, the integrity of the pool was intact. However, there was some minor cosmetic damage to the coping.
Then last year, I had a mysterious purple stain on my pool walls. Boise’s pool community and resources were stumped. I knew just what to do, I contacted Troy. He knew exactly what I was talking about and how to fix it. During our conversation he offered to take care of it and while the pool was empty, he would give my coping a facelift. I was beyond ecstatic - I had the best in the business coming to my rescue! The coping looked so great, we decided to refinish my entire deck! Needless to say, it doesn’t look good as new, it looks BETTER than new! Trust me when I say Troy, Shelly, Jace and their crew will take excellent care of you. Trust in HDT Pools - I definitely do!!!

We had our pool built in 2023 by Troy and the HDT team, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The project moved quickly and efficiently!
The HDT crew were great to work with-knowledgeable, responsive, and very easygoing people. They guided us through the entire design process, from layout to tile selection, and made everything feel simple and stress-free.
We went with a 16’ x 36’ gunite recreational pool, and now going into our fourth season, it still looks and functions beautifully. Our family has gotten so much use and enjoyment out of it!

These guys do amazing quality work. They've built pools for some of the biggest names out there, including well known celebrities, and they also built the majority of Roaring Springs! It's pretty crazy.

I normally wouldn't leave a review like this, but it's rare that I see such high quality work done by a local company.

I don't think there is a friendlier or more detail-oriented custom pool builder in Boise! If you're considering a custom pool for residential or commercial, definitely give these guys a shot!
