We couldn't be happier with the work ServPro did for us. We woke up to water dripping from the ceiling of our entryway. Turns out the water line in the bathroom above had sprung a leak. ServPro had a remediation team here within the hour. Ian and Caden did a superb job. They explained everything before they started and then set right to work, assessing the extent of the damage, putting down protective barriers to contain the mess, and then efficiently removing the damaged materials. The drying equipment quickly removed the residual moisture. Our place is now ready to be put back together good as new. You guys rock!!

Serv Pro came in to pack and move us because our house was unsafe due to plumbing damage. I cannot say enough about Ryan and the whole crew. They went out of their way to make the move efficient and had such compassion for us. They put up with our Dachshund puppy and the kitty sitting in their laps. They did a phenomenal job!

Wanted to give a shout out to all the great people at ServPro who dried out our flooring after water damage. Jade was able to come out the same day we called to inspect and immediately sent out Kirby and Sam to start the drying out process. Everyone was super professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Communication was excellent! The whole team, including Marcos and Riley who did a house visit, were fabulous to work with. Thanks, ServPro, hopefully this doesn’t happen again, but if it does, we know who to call!

I am having a great experience with Servpro after my wash machine flooded several rooms in my house. They responded quickly to my call, my insur. comp recommended them. They assessed the damage and installed fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the area. They also removed the wet carpet and drywall and sanitized the floor. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They worked directly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs restoration and cleanup services. All I could do to show my appreciation is give them homemade goodies! Thank you, Servpro!

Travis H led the team who varied each day: Andrew K, Jackson P, Kaden P, & Ryan M. Travis coordinated daily what needed to be done.
He was so easy to work with, & considerate of our needs & wishes. They all strived to make it as painless for us as possible. They arrived exactly at the agreed time daily, kept the space as clean as possible, and took all discarded material out each day, leaving no mess behind. We were so happy with all of them!

I had an unexpected water issue and the ServePro remediation team of Kurtis, Erick, Sam, Scott, Kayden and Braxton were there in an hour of me contacting them. They quickly removed materials from all the affected areas to begin dry out as quickly as possible. In total it took about 3 weeks to get completely dry but Kurtis and team checked in daily, and communicated the steps to be taken to get my home ready to put back together. I highly recommend ServPro as your first call when disaster hits.

My home recently suffered water damage to which Servpro immediately responded to begin the restoration process. I would like to give a shoutout to the "pack out" crew of Taylor S., Jaden, Jordi, Kacy, Claudia, Hannah, Nate, and Nicole. Not only were they kind and respectful regarding my situation, but they were all very professional, hard-working, and communicated well with each other as to the work that needed to be done. Kudos to the awesome Teamwork!

Bennett, Ian, and Junior did an outstanding job with my mold restoration job. They were always on time and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Marcos, James, Nicole, Jr, and Andrew for the great work they did at my house. I came back from knee surgery to a leak in my basement that may have started anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 hours. I was not able to walk down to the basement and the team helped me to understand what was savable and what was not. They cleared everything out and worked with me on where to store things. They even brought up my recliner so I could use it upstairs while I was recovering. They did a great job and I think them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Well, it all started with a call to my insurance company, they sent SERVPRO over and within an hour Eric Kirby showed up to assess the damage, he was very professional and could tell me in terms that I understood what was going on, and what I needed to do, I followed his direction and got a plumber to see that it was the dishwasher leaking, he got an Abatement company in the following day to take care of the asbestos, then he called in Ashley Jacobs-Spainhower, she was instrumental in navigating the insurance and getting a quote in order for them. Then they sent Jeff in as a project manager and as soon as everything was ready, him and a two-man crew went to work, they were always on time and worked hard every day they were here, everything was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner, I think when everything was together it only took 10 days from start to finish.
I am very satisfied with the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the whole crew, even when it came time to pay the bill Jody was there to guide me through that as well.
I highly recommend SERVPRO and will always call them when I'm in trouble like that again.

Overall satisfied with ServPro. Near immediate response regarding mitigation of water damage. Very good coordination up front with ServePro estimator Ashley and her coordination with insurance and material selection. The rebuild process took longer than anticipated but working with Cam was very good. He did a very good job of keeping me informed of sub contractors schedule of works to be completed in the house. He also followed up on everything I requested. Although not perfect and flexibility is required on my part all were very respectful of my property and personal schedule. Area of improvement would be better tracking (perhaps electronically) of punch list items to be completed.

Recently, our house was gutted by fire. It felt surrealistic, a living nightmare. We were in shock. We had no clue what the next steps were to be, and how to tackle the monumental job of packing, moving, cleaning, etc.
Honestly, I don't see how we could have gotten through this mess without the team at ServPro of Boise.
I remember walking into our house a few days after the fire. It wreaked of smoke, and the water-soaked insulation covered our furniture. It was very discouraging. And then??? I hear voices coming from the other room. I poke my head in the door and I see this remarkable group of people carefully organizing, packing and labeling our belongings. I couldn't believe that there was a company like this. It was overwhelming. Not only that, they were all so genuinely courteous. I LITERALLY wanted to grab and hug each person.

This review is my way of doing just that :-)

Everyone at ServPro was fantastic repairing our house after a waterline broke. Ryan, Kirby, Benny, Andrew, Ashley, and Camden were all fantastic and extremely helpful. Even they’re hired subcontractors were great. Specially Nick and Alli, who rebuilt our walls and flooring. My only regret was our insurance company was not as thorough and thoughtful as ServPro. I guess they are not a good neighbor after all.

I had water damage in the ceiling in my office. Serv Pro has been very prompt, quick and very professional in taking care of the cleanup and restoration. The cleanup crew Ian, Andrew and their Manager Kirby have been great to work with! I can't wait to see my "new" office.

Recently we had some flooding at home, and the ServPro Contents Crew that handled packing and moving our furniture/belongings to storage and back was SUPERIOR in my opinion. The wrapping, boxing, padding, labeling, etc. was far better than the company that moved us here in the first place. Many thanks to Taylor, Claudia, Jayden, and the Alvaros men. You treated our stuff like it was your own.

We had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom that made its way down to our living room. Ian and Cayden were wonderful. Very professional, polite and respectful of property. We had minimal interruption in our home. Highly recommend Servpro. They did an excellent job. Very happy.

SERVPRO of Boise did a great job of quickly responding with water damage mitigation efforts when our refrigerator leaked and damaged our hardwood flooring, subflooring and drywall. Denver did a great job of coordinating the restoration jobs and managing schedules with subtractors and ensuring quality work while also doing a fantastic job of communicating status and scheduling with us.
The SERVPRO team did a good job of coordinating directly with our insurance company to provide project quotes so that we were receiving insurance payments in advance of invoices.
This was our first experience with a home damage incident like this and Denver and team made it as painless as possible with their professionalism and the quality of the work completed.

Bennett, Ian and team were extremely responsive to our situation, communicated really well explaining what they were doing and why. They were also friendly and professional. You never felt uncomfortable opening up your house to them. If I ever have a need in the future, I know who to ask for!

Had to have our kitchen restored after a water flood issue, Denver was assigned to our project. Him and his crew were AMAZING!!! the work they did was outstanding. everyone that has seen the work done has been very impressed. They were a blessing to work with during this hard time of being displaced from our kitchen. Denver, Cole, Rick, Nicole, Claudia, Hannah, Jordan, Nate, Taylor were OUTSTANDING and AMAZING to work with. Always came with a smile and did not hesitate to answer any and all questions, they worked with us to make sure the kitchen was back and better than before.. I can't thank them enough.. Jackson and Andrew were instrumental in making a bad situation at our home into a much better situation during the holidays. They were prompt and got our home livable very quickly and I highly recommend them for any emergency work Thais needed.
