I first found out of A-Max Hardwood via Instagram. I knew that I wanted some hardwood floors to replace the manufacture home carpet that I had moving in. I did some research on some of the other products and even asked some other clients in regards to pricing etc. I finally broke and messaged some of the managers of the idea I had. A wooden floor to be the centerpiece of what would later become a sports bar. I have no idea that my idea of having a Dallas Cowboys Star logo on my floor would be possible.
What commenced as just an idea and an exchange of words, soon came reality. Tyson cam in, gave me a quote and promised that I would not have any regrets - he and the rest of the team were excited about this. Once the project started, I was out of town due to being in military and having obligations out area. The guys communicated with me via text messages and phone calls. By being able to receive photos with updates and messages, it was like I was their in person as this beautiful new floor made its way inside my house.
I am extremely proud of this floor. I love it. Definitely recommend A-Max for your flooring projects. Any questions you have, they are assertive to respond. Thank you guys and I am extremely proud that I chose you guys to do this for me.

Absolute perfect service from start to finish. In my experience this rarely happens. Inzy Haq was my representative through this process and He is a huge asset to Serv Pro He conducted himself in a professional manner and always did what he said he would do.

Ian was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and made sure I knew exactly what the plan was. He contacted me each morning to let me know he was going to come by and even brought treats for my dog.

We had a fairly complex job with lots of different things needing to be replaced, Camden and the team at Servpro handled it professionally and completely. They dealt with my insurance company without a hitch and our bathroom is much nicer now than before we had the leak.

So my kitchen got water damage and our home insurance agent recommended Servpro I'll grade as follows workmanship a+including their subcontractors professionalism a+I don't know how long it normally takes to repair water damage to a kitchen and bathroom this one took 6 months so I'll leave that one un graded when they had an issue causing a little more damage they stepped right up and got it fixed no additional cost just a little extra time now the quote they gave but said it at one price and the insurance sent a little more money for personal work we had done which caused them to need to set up a New contract which was raised after we talked with the insurance company and Servpro then it went back to what they originally quoted one thing more make sure you read the contract so you know all that they're doing my own never had a garbage disposable they were charging to put one in so now my home has a garbage disposal after we bought one that they did put in with that said I give that grade a c. All that put together I believe makes a b+ which is still a very passing grade Denver is very helpful and a great person to work with saying the things get done right. in conclusion yes I would definitely recommend them for home repairs just keep an eye on what they quote you and what they're going to do

My job isn't yet complete, but for the first part (taking things apart and treating the mold issue), Kurtis, Erick and Jackson were neat, timely, friendly, very professional, and able to answer my questions as they went along. I appreciate that because I was nervous about getting this job done.

If we were to ever have a flood again (hopefully not), but if we were I would want the same team back, first timers unsure of what was to happen and didn’t really realize how big of a problem we had until the great team from Servpro came and walked us through it all. Their professionalism, they were empathetic, kind, caring they were fast to jump in and get what needed to be done and what we appreciated the most is how Ian was always keeping us in the loop with all that was done and going to be done, which made my us feel at ease knowing we have the right company the right people in our home getting it done. We had an overflow in a bathroom upstairs on Thanksgiving. Andrew Butler was with our granddaughter at our home. He works for Serv Pro and immediately took care of our problem in a very professional way. He explained well the process and soon had the proper equipment in place to dry out the affected area.

The restoration crew was great. Ian and Cadian explained what they were going to do and why, they did what needed to be done with minimal intrusion into our daily lives. They kept the work area clean and tidy which to me is a sign of caring and quality work. I would highly recommend Servpro to my friends and family.

Camden did a great job on keeping us informed and provided us with timely updates through the restoration process. We were able to move in within the expected time frame. The entire process went smoothly and the staff at Servpro was professional and helpful.

We called SERVPRO after a flood we had in our basement. Jade was out in no time, assessed the damage and had a crew out to start tearing out carpet and sheet rock in no time. She was very knowledgable on everything I had questions on including how to get our insurance to speed things up. Ryan and Sam were here a lot over a week and a half and kept coming until everything was dry and treated for mold. They were a very professional team, answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) and most of all they displayed a genuine concern for doing the right thing to get our basement back to a usable state.
