Was in a jam with a remodel project and called Troy. He was able to help out and fixed my problems. He kept in contact throughout the project and even called with suggestions. I would recommend Troy and his crew if you need an electrician.

Troy Cobb came to my home the same day I called and asked if he could troubleshoot why we had electricity in some areas of our house, but not others. He diagnosed the problem as a faculty outlet. He also found a three-way switch that was wired incorrectly and unsafe. He gave a complete explanation of what had occurred and why our outlets were "worn out" and wouldn't hold a plug-in. As a result we decided to replace the outlets throughout the house

Had them help with remodel of an older home (built in '59). At first, it seemed like things were going well. However, as we checked on progress, we had exceeded our initial bid by several hundred dollars and we were only about 80% done with the work. After surveying the rest of the work, some fixtures and other electrical outlets outside had stopped working even though they worked before. They denied any involvement. I've since found a live wire just hanging out in my ceiling, and I'm sure as we finish out the 20% of the work they didn't get done in their initial bid, more issues will be found.

Mr. Cobb responded quickly and attempted to fix our problem without charging us for a huge repair. It ended up requiring a huge repair and he completed it quickly. He even checked on us after the issue was fixed...twice. I have never had a company check in with me after work was completed. It's not a huge company and he prefers checks for payment but he was the least expensive and it felt like he was more concerned with our problem than charging us a bunch of money. That's worth more to me than a place that makes it convenient to pay with a card and doesn't care after the job is done. We will definitely use them again.

Troy and Cobb Electric came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. I called Troy mid-day and he was out that afternoon to give me the estimate. The estimate was more than fair. In fact that estimate was a 3rd of the price compared to what I got from some other electricians. Troy was out a few days later and performed the work just as he quoted. I would highly recommend Troy and Cobb Electric.

I recently had my home electrical panel replaced for some upgrades by Cobb Electric. I'm very happy with their customer service and with the result. They did a great job communicating the timeline for the project, they were affordable and professional. Inspections all went perfectly of course too. If I need an electrician in the future I'll definitely call Cobb.

These guys are the BEST! Troy was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, and provided very reasonable prices and timeline for the long list of items we needed done. They were always on time, fast workers, cleaned up when done, and their work looks great! We trusted him and Josh in our home to come and go as needed as they worked around our work schedule. And when inevitable old Boise wiring made for additional issues, they treated it like their own home and were committed to solving the puzzle. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, and they will be the only people we use in the future.

These guys truly are the best. They've done several projects around our old north end home - upgrading to 200 amps, replacing panels, installing car chargers, and wiring up a new bathroom. They were fast, fairly priced, on time, with great communication and quality work. Will definitely use again.

Cobb Electric was responsive, fairly priced, prompt, tidy, and we just had an overall positive experience with them. Troy did all the coordination with Idaho Power and he and his crew replaced our old panel and glass fuses with a big, bad new system in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Really impressed with Michael, the electrician that completed the job. Currently remodeling and needed some outlets/switches moved and added. The initial visit to provide an estimate went very smoothly, Michael was quick and very professional. I felt very confident in moving forward with the job. He came back two days later (I was blown away by the turnaround between initial estimate and work completed); he was perfectly prompt and worked cleanly and efficiently. He reviewed all of the work he had done and explained warranty on the work. I wasn't able to take advantage of this offer but they offer military, first responder, and educator discounts as well. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience!
