Idaho Service Electric did a wonderful job replacing and installing some can lights in our home. Kyle and his apprentice, Matt were very professional, punctual, and friendly. The job was done to our satisfaction and was a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrician needs!

Kyle at Idaho Service Electric charged me for work and did not complete the job. I posted a negative review (Virgil Adams), and Kyle contacted me and offered to finish the work if I took the review down.

I paid for work that Kyle didn't complete, and then he says he'll complete it if I remove my review? What kind of company is this. I told him that I refuse to remove an honest review and that he should do the right thing and finish the work I paid him to do.

In my opinion, Kyle is a crook. Feel free to DM me if you'd like details, and I now have a legit electrician I can refer you to.

I paid idaho service electric to rewire my house and they left me with countless electrical issues. I had to take Kyle to court and he still refused to pay until I hired an attorney to call him and explain the consequences if he doesn’t pay the judgement. I was left with a sparking breaker, miswired switches, and he put all my bathrooms and lift pumps on one circuit as to overload the circuit for my essential lift pump. Kyle DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and will blame the customer and run with your money. He would not come back to fix his team’s errors. I spent further thousands repairing the work that I already paid for.

Idaho Service Electric did the wiring for a new hot tub, put in an outdoor plug, and updated some outdoor lightings for me. Kyle was attentive and thorough when he came by for the quote. They fit me into the schedule very quickly and were able to accommodate additionally things I wanted completed. They did a great job and were very fairly priced. I will be trusting them with any future electrical needs.

Kyle was great to work with! He added two outlets in our garage by fixing one that wasn't connected and adding an additional outlet over our workbench. He was very reasonably priced and the fix only took him about an hour to do! We will definitely hire him again for any other electrical work we need.

Kyle and his team came to estimate some residential electrical enhancements to my home. What set him apart from other electricians that had bided the project was his deep knowledge and ability to communicate the pros and cons of the approach. His pricing was fair, quality was solid, he did what he said, and his team was clean, predictable and pleasant. I'd hire him in a second for my next project.
