I have been a happy Ashley heating customer for 6 years now. I had an issue with my furnace and I needed a service call. Kelly not only fixed the issues I knew about but quite a few that I did not. Good service is getting tougher to come by and these folks stand out as true professionals.

Ashley is always so quick and efficient! Bob was very professional and got the job done so we could have our heat back on asap. We have used them for years and their service never disappoints.

Friendly, knowledgeable folks from the salesman to the installers! Great prices and quick installation. I had an air scrubber installed.

Josiah recently completed a winter tune-up on my HVAC system, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and clearly explained what he’d be working on. His attention to detail stood out as he checked the system thoroughly. I also appreciated his clear explanations. Overall, his work left me feeling confident that my system is ready for the cold weather.

When I was checking around about a new water softener, I ran across Ashley Heating Air & Water Systems. I checked them out on line and liked what I saw! I called and I am so happy I did.
First we met Glen Williams and he spent some time explaining what their water system would do. He also talked to us about a whole home humidifier.
Right now I am sitting in total comfort and can actually breathe properly :)
The worker bees were wonderful! They said they would be here at 8am Friday. They showed up promptly at 8 and had everything installed and cleaned up in about 3 hours! The humidifier puts out steam via our furnace vents and it is incredible!
These guys are awesome and very neat about everything! You all get an A+++ from us as well as a big thankyou!
I have to add another comment... I never do this but when you run across a company that is honest, has integrity and goes above and beyond for its customers, it by far is ASHLEY HEATING AIR AND WATER SYSTEMS! A big shout out to Colton Hoskins! We had a glitch in our system and with one phone call, he was here and had us up and running! We love the systems, the water softner and above all the whole team! They scheduled me for a next day appointment, the technician arrived early and had the repair work done in 30 minutes. He wore coverings on his shoes, assessed the situation with my furnace to me, and explained what needed to be done to repair the issue. I have used Ashley now a number of times for repair or preventative maintenance at this address and have never had regrets or disappointment with their prices and service.

We have been customers of Ashley Heating for years! They are honest & hardworking and never try and upsell us for something that isn’t needed. Our furnace stopped running and Kelly came out on a Sunday to see what was the issue. He promptly ordered a new control board and was here on Tuesday to swap out the old one. He is thorough, knowledgeable and got us fixed up in no time! Our furnace is pushing 15 years, so I appreciate not being pushed to replace the furnish but rather tackle the issue! Ashley Heating & Air did a great job replacing water heater. They were fast, friendly, and very easy to work with. The tech, Chris, took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend them for your heating, air, and water service needs.

This is my first experience with this company. So its always a little nerve racking that you didn't pick the right company. It is not often that I am impressed with the over all service these days. I recommend this company to anyone in need. The price was straight forward. They were on time and even doing extra finished when I was told they would. Extremely nice guys and very neat., very clean.

Drake Mechanical is our go to service for our plumbing needs. The service technician, John ensures we understand what is needed and why. He is very knowledgeable and professional. A big plus in this day and age!

I had an owner caused gas leaked that required a qualified plumber repair. I called Drake Mechanical late afternoon and was given an appointment the next morning. Our gas had been turned off by the gas company and was flagged for a whole home pressure test. The technician came out and quickly fixed the leak. However, the pressure test was witnessed by a tech from Intermountain Gas later in the morning. The test failed and Braliio spent the rest of the day in the crawl space and attics testing for leaks. No leaks were found, multiple retests were run with differing results. After much discussions the gas company, the two Drake employees convinced the gas company tech that the test was unrealistic stringent (test was at 80 times the normal operating) and allowed for no loss of pressure in 20 minutes. Many factors were reviewed like very cold temperatures, 40 mile/hour winds, and no Lab quality instruments were used to validate a loss. The experience and fortitude by Braulio and John finally convinced the inspector that there was no leak and the gas was turned back on after two days. I definitely would recommend Drake Mechanical for all plumbing needs.

2025 Update
I manage up to 700 property closings per year and I use Drake Mechanical on all the homes that need HVAC or Plumbing and they always do a fantastic job for me.

I have used Drake Mechanical for years and they have been amazing. Recently my young daughter had an issue with her water heater. The people she called from the number on the water heater said they would charge her $250.00 just to come out! I called Drake Mechanical and they came right out for half of that! On a Sunday the plumber came out and got her taken care of. It was such a relief to know that my daughter and her young kids had hot water. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and kind people.
