Handyman has helped us for the past three years on a project home we purchased. Their quality of work and professionalism is much appreciated in a time when it is incredibly hard to find people to even 'show up'. Chris and Gina work hard to make sure their clients are well taken care of and it shows. And Ron, does AMAZING work!! Highly recommend these folks!

The people that installed the drywall did a great job. They were also polite and clean. I attempted to pay the amount due with a credit card by phone as directed. The person took a message and said I would get a call back. A few days later I received a final invoice by email and called to pay again. She reviewed the invoice amount with me and then entered my card info. Oops, she said she found another receipt for $20 for additional materials not on the invoice and would need to charge me for that too. The point is that the final invoice had been reviewed and agreed upon by both parties. The extra $20 was added after I presented my credit card to pay. Everything was great up to that point.

Rob did a great job working with my husband to design three shelves and two drawers in our pantry. He is meticulous and professional. We are very pleased with the results.

Andrew was great. My wife was home the whole time and she was working but she didn't even know he was there as he was great and self-directed. The end result was just what we were looking for and the repaired gate works better than before. The estimate was more than fair and Kayla (sp?) was on top of the behind the scenes. She set up the appointment, to let us know the status of the "handyman", even following up on invoicing, which was easy. I would use them again for any future projects.

Used this business twice, and highly recommend them for their professionalism, prompt service, and very fair pricing. Rick Hatch was our technician both times, and did exactly what we asked for the fairest price and got both projects done to fit our schedule. He is very knowledge as a master craftsman proven by the perfect completion of both our projects as promised. Will ask for Rick in any future projects!

Sean did a beautiful job on a really tricky project we wanted to get done. I had attempted to do this myself which made the project all the more difficult. Sean has been a painter for many years, but he admitted he didn't have experience with fiberglass doors. He did some research and was able to transform our front door from what I did to it, to a beautiful door that we can be proud of.

Ron did a great job skim coating and texturing the wall to match the existing finish. Turned out great!

Rob Byrd with Handyman Connection worked on our bathroom, replacing the vanity, floor, mirror, light, drywall and painting. He had a high level of craftsmanship and a good attention for detail. He had unlimited patience with the project and happily answered all of our questions, all while helping to stay in our budget. Rob will get the job done. Thank you!!!

I've had them to my home twice, installed pet doors, adjusted my tweaking front door and installation of new locks. Charges were reasonable and Lynn was very professional. I recommend their services.

We couldn't be happier with the job that Craig and his crew did to replace wall and ceiling drywall that had been removed when the plumbing in our kitchen was repaired due to a burst pipe. The crew was very professional and efficient. They even showed initiative to re-texture the entire ceiling, which had multiple texture types due to remodeling and repairs over the years. Now it all looks the same and we love it. We will definitely call Handyman Connection the next time we have a house project, and we highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a talented crew.

Rob arrived on time and explained what he planned to do. He worked tirelessly for almost 5 hours and performed outstanding workmanship. I would definitely hire him again to do projects at my home. He is personable, professional and competent. Highly recommended

My husband and I are NOT do-it-yourselfers, and we never knew who to call for things around our home. Handyman Connection was awesome at bidding and sending out the right people for the job! Jack was amazing, personable and super quick at getting walls up in our room addition. Rob finished the job and was just as great! Even when I gave him a mismatched paint, Rob was extremely kind and took care of getting a perfectly matched paint to complete the job with precision! We have more projects coming up and will undoubtedly be using Handyman Connection for everything we need. Thank you guys!

I would not reccomend this company! They do not have realible customer service. My payment check was lost, terrible call center!

I hired an electrician through Handyman to replace a few fixtures in my home. The work was good and electrician communicated well. The main gal in their office locally was helpful. However, I contacted them 3 times before I had success in getting something scheduled. They use a call center which was terrible! Supposedly they were to forward my question onto the office, but that did not happen the first time.

In addition, 10 months after this job was installed they called me saying my payment check was lost. They needed me to resend a check to pay for the job. I understand things can get lost, it happens! However what was very unprofessional is they did not catch this mistake for 10months! When I asked to pay online and if they could waive the service fee, they would not. I was not asking for much and felt they could have met me halfway, especially when it was their mistake to loose payment.

I resent a check and hopefully they will receive it this time. But honestly I am not confident. I don't trust them to follow through well.

I hired Handyman Connections on 11/06/24 to have a few projects completed, in order to sell my house. From the start, I had explained that I had plans to list my house by 12/3, to which I was assured it would be completed on time. From the beginning there was a delay with the employee being out, so the project was pushed out a couple days, which I was more than understanding. There was another issue, which I got conflicting stories from the employee and the front desk. One explanation was that the employee’s truck was stolen and in the shop so the work would be completed the first week of December. The other explanation given was just timing. Regardless, no one showed up until I called on 12/4. I explained that 12/9 was the scheduled photos for the house listing, which was pushed out to accommodate Handyman and the delay. Come 12/6, I show up at the house and there is still trash, tape, tools, and a haphazard paint job on the outside of the home. On 12/9 I called and spoke with them about the concerns. There was immediate response on their end and I was assured it would be completed. It is now 12/16 and the contractor still has tools and trash in the home. My issue is the lack of communication and respect for myself, my home, and my time. For a company that “prides“ themselves in customer services and their work, this is not the way to show it. I paid for a service that was to be done well and on a timeline. Unfortunately I did not receive that. I also had to push out photos and listing my home due to this situation. Handyman Connections took an already difficult and hard situation and made it more stressful.
I do not recommend this company and urge anyone looking to steer clear.

The experience I had with Handyman was great. Rick Hatch the gentleman that performed the work was great to work with. To start with he was on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable about his work. I have a couple more projects coming up and will certainly be calling Handyman and requesting Rick. Keep up the good work guys!

Chris was great. Very professional and was able to make a last minute change without issue.

I hired a handy man to put up my awning. The person that came to my house gave me an estimate. He measured all the dimensions, looked at the product, and left me with an estimate. The estimate was not hourly it was a flat fee. This was great! I made an appointment with Handyman Connection, who contacted the person and we scheduled the appointment. Once the person arrived he worked on the project for about 8 hours. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with the work. I would use Handyman Connection of Boise again and the same handyman. His name I believe is Robert.
