My first experience was great, but a second time back left a sour taste and I won't be a returning customer. I called to find out about landscape fabric and was told one thing about it, but after paying for it and then getting it home, it was not the same product that I had asked about. The owner was extremely rude, said that he was the only person who ever answers the phone (he is male and the person who answered was female, clearly not the same), and told me that I had lied. There was also a hole in the middle of the fabric, to which he laughed at me, denied the claim, and said it was in perfect condition when it left them. I expected better from a business that came recommended to me. Instead of working towards a solution for an unhappy customer, he bullied and pushed his way through to declare he was correct. Most business owners recognize that when a problem arises they are going to need to make some compromises and exceptions, but this guy thought it was more important to argue and treat his customer like trash.

This is my third time getting beautiful trees from Arbor Farms, Troy and his staff are fantastic and knowledgeable, have an excellent selection of trees and plants, and really great prices. Troy is amazing he bent over backwards to come in early on a Saturday that they would normally have been closed, to let us load trees on a time crunch. I Definitely recommend Arbor Farms!!

Staff was super nice and helpful with helping us look at options. But (and it's a big but), they don't stand behind there products in anyway. Our landscaper informed us a tree we had selected was damaged (not the staff that helped us pick it out) and encouraged us to select a different tree. After selecting a replacement tree and had it planted - it apparently had a disease and died within a couple of weeks. There unwillingness to make that right and "purchase at risk" mentality is deplorable and you will have better service purchasing from a variety of other nurseries and even big box stores. I advise you to consider another option when making an investment of this scale seeing that we are now out several hundred dollars and have a dead tree, and seek a company that stands behind the products they are selling and value customer satisfaction.

I absolutely loved all their products! We bought two beautiful "healthy" flowering trees. I especially loved the care that they put into growing all their trees, shrubs and plants. Everything was very organized and easy to walk through while browsing. I especially loved that all the employees were very knowledgeable of most of their products. My gratitude goes out to Nikki, an employee whom helped us there. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with answering all of our questions, along with advising and giving instructions as to how to care for our trees. I'm very excited to go again to purchase more of their products.

Nicest staff they will go out of their way to help. Very reasonable with their prices. I will be going back again for my landscaping needs.

What an amazing group of people at Arbor Farms. Called them from out of state, to support locally for a friend in the area who is going through a tough time. Mckenzee was unbelievably helpful when I explained what we wanted to do. Ty went out of his way to make sure the tree made it to our friend's porch. They even added the note I wrote up and sent over by email.

I know that this was all outside of their normal services and extraordinary service that I greatly appreciate. This is why everyone should support local establishment, they genuinely care about your business. Arbor Farms Nursery, thank you for caring about my goals and more importantly thank you for caring for our dear friend. I would give you a 100 starts if I could.

Great business with great people! The salesperson that helped us was super knowledgeable and gave us some very useful information. She helped us pick out a great maple tree for our backyard. Will definitely be going to them for any future landscaping needs!

The selection is great and the price is the same as you would get anywhere! They were incredibly knowledgeable about each plant as they helped me find the right plants for my yard. I will definitely be going back!

Love our trees(4 green arborvitae, 6 skyrocket junipers) that we purchased from here. The purchase was smooth and quick. Makenzie and staff did a great job helping us.

Isaac and Abby with Simply Cut Landscape Solutions were amazing to do business with. I had an unusual request for working with the topography of my back yard after having a pool installed last fall. I explained to Isaac and Abby what I had envisioned for the back yard and they said no problem! They jumped right in and it turned out amazing. No more mud, no more ugly back yard. I have had tons of compliments from all my neighbors.

Isaac is a great guy to work with! Saw they were doing an amazing job on my neighbor's lawn and stopped by when they were finishing up to see if he could pull a stump for me. He hopped on it and got it out in 10 minutes after he'd just worked all day on another job. Gave me a quick quote on another bigger job I have in mind right afterward. Great attitude, efficient & high-quality work. Highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

I am absolutely blown away by the transformation of our yard. Before it was patchy, uneven, and honestly an eyesore. After Isaac & Abby finished, it looks like a completely different lawn. Clean work and beautiful results. They paid attention to every detail and turned our vision into reality. Could not recommend them more!

It’s been amazing working with Abby and Isaac, they turned our new construction’s mud pit into an amazing backyard that exceeded our expectations. Abby was super fast at responding to our questions and getting us in the books which was incredible. They both truly listened to our needs and worked within our budget and STILL went above and beyond. You can see how passionate they are about their work and we get to benefit from it!

We had an outstanding experience with our landscaping company from start to finish. They were on time, stayed on budget, and truly stood behind their work—coming back for touch-ups and even adding additional drains to make sure everything was done right.

They completely transformed what was basically a dirt pit of a backyard into the yard we had been dreaming about. They took my vision and brought it to life, while also offering valuable design input that made the final result even better than I imagined.

One thing that really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way. They fixed all of our drainage issues, handled the grading and topsoil properly, and spent a ton of time making sure the ground was perfectly prepped before laying sod and rock. They never took shortcuts.

They installed river rock, fescue sod, a decomposed granite path, and a turf base for our playset, and every detail was done with care and quality craftsmanship.

We’re beyond happy with the results and already plan to use them again next year for phase two of our yard, including plants and trees. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that takes pride in their work and truly cares about the final product.

This is by far one of the best lawn care companies. I will always give this company my business over all these other mediocre small companies. Simply cut truly offers the small business care that not many others offer. Most companies are just in and out but simply cut is truly focused on customer client relations. They always cared for the clients no matter what. They will always have my business no matter what.

They did an amazing job! We had them come out to just get our sprinklers set up in our back yard and they did outstanding job!
