Our dryer drum was making a rubbing noise when the unit was running. Concerned it may be the pads wearing out on a 6 yo dryer, I called the folks at Mr. Appliance. Richard came out and discovered the source of the noise—a button that came off a pair of pants that was stuck in the drum housing. He also spotted and cleared a bunch of lint stuck in dryer exhaust (just past the lint trap) and recommended a lint vacuum tool that’s much better than my handheld vacuum cleaner (it’s on its way), as well as where I should use the tool. Overall, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, easy and professional service, and added peace of mind that I’ll get more years out of my dryer. I’ll recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone who asks.

All in all a great experience. Richard Alley was awesome. Loved his explaining and overall wonderful guy. He did mention he was going to win the PowerBall Lottery so I'm not sure he will be back on Friday? LOL

They were able to send someone out right away, same day. The Tech that came out was very kind and professional. They got the heating element ordered and installed very quickly. Over all a great experience! I will definitely call them for any future appliance repairs. Thank you guys again!!

Richard fixed our washing machine quickly and efficiently. He has helped us multiple times with various appliances and is always great to deal with.

My service was quick friendly and painless! The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and it took only a week for parts to come in to complete the repair. Highly recommend to those who need appliance repairs done. I will definitely be saving their number in case I need any future work done!

Curtis was great; though admittedly a bit new, he was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way, and tried to make as little noise as possible (the wife works nights). He even helped me wipe down the sides of the oven before pushing it back! Excellent service, but expensive. I feel that paying over $100 just to come out and assess the issue is rather steep.

Martin from Mr. Appliance did an excellent job repairing my washing machine. He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about keeping the cost reasonable instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. I also want to mention that the receptionist at Mr. Appliance was very kind, helpful, and pleasant to work with, which made the whole experience even better. It’s refreshing to find a company with such honest, skilled, and customer-focused staff. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance and Martin for any appliance repair needs.
