It was very convenient that they came to pick up the ppliance free of charge.
The only downside is I wanted to see their inventory and it was a house not store.

I tried to return every call but all I got was a answering machine! Again I left messages.When I'm working I can't answer calls. And I did answer your texts. But again you would not answer me back. I've been trying since last Thursday for a pic up date.

Ed came in like McGyver (old 80’s TV SHOW)with every tool and part needed and even helped me out with a old washer that needed some TLC. Good honest people that did repairs for a really good price. So happy I found these guys. This guy really knew his stuff!

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. It's ran by the owner is horrible in customer service and doesn't even look at what's wrong before guessing and charging you an arm and a leg. It's been 2+ weeks since the first visit. He came and fixed something that wasn't broken and charged even tho the appliance wasn't working. Absolutely horrible service. DO NOT GO THROUGH HIM
