Alex and Gavin did an awesome job today. They came by and replaced a hose bib and the assembly going under the house. They worked with me on pricing, and were friendly and accommodating. They both killed it and the company as a whole has earned future recommendation, and future work when I need it as well. Great guys, great work, and the guy I spoke to on the phone was awesome as well. Small company that is worth your time if you need anything done. Can't speak highly enough about these guys as a first impression.

We had clogged kitchen and laundry drains, Pristine Plumbing sent Travis out and unclogged those drains fast and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing, they were friendly, professional and actually cared about our plumbing problems.

Your tech was very nice. He said I needed a new Freezeless hosebib to correct the low water pressure problem I was experiencing. Because it required installation from under the house, it would cost $379.00. I called another plumber who looked at the hose bib, took it apart and found that the rod connected to the faucet handle with a rubber stopper at the end had come loose. This was preventing the water from flowing out freely. He tightened the rod and the water pressure is back to normal. Cost: under $100.

I Recently paid Pristine Plumbing $350.00 to repair an outside faucet drip. The person (plumber?) they sent had to google how to make the repair while I stood there. 3 days after the repair the faucet began to leak again. They never disclosed to me that they don't warrant their work. They also wanted me to make the decision on how to approach the repair. From inside or outside of the house. I left it up to the repair peron. I have no plumbing knowledge to make that decision. The owner of Prisitine came to the house and told me that I would have to pay an additional $450.00 for them to do the repair from the inside of the house. Informing me that I made the wrong decision. I am 81 years old living on a pension I cannot afford this quality of work, lack of total disclosure or their lack of doing anything to make the problem right. I ask them to apply the $350.00 and I would pay for any parts $100 they said I would need. They declined contning to blame me. Never were ny parts mentioned in the original repair. The plumber pulled out the shaft and replaced a gasket. The owner said he couldn't pull out the shaft and that it never occurred.

PRISTINE SAVED THE DAY! We had a huge gushing water issue in our side yard and the team at Pristine quickly and diligently came out to figure out the issue, explained the potential problems and solutions and the next day got our water turned back on and things all fixed up! They came highly recommended to me by several people and I'll be be recommending them to anyone needing plumbing services! Super happy customer!

Kyle and his team responded to a home warranty claim when my water heater started leaking. He worked with the warranty company to ensure the correct heater was obtained and installed (they wanted to provide their own tank, but it was the wrong one; Kyle caught the error before they wasted time shipping it, and was able to provide his own). He kept me updated on what was going on, and scheduled the installation as soon as he got approval from the warranty company. His team was polite and professional, and cleaned up the area more than I expected. Working with Kyle and his team at Pristine Plumbing was a pleasure. He is considerate, friendly, and very reasonable business-wise and personally. I would use him and his company again, no doubt.

These guys are true Pros! Installed a water softener for me and even worked a port into the garage for easy washing out my floors. Friendly and exceptional service without the hidden gotcha fees and add-one. I’m Definitely using them again on any future projects.

This is an outstanding company. We needed a repair / replacement of our soft water system. We called Pristine and they sent Paul out to our rental in Kuna. Same day.
He was friendly, polite and professional. Paul determined that the system should be replaced. The problem was that we were leaving on a trip the next morning. He stated that he would finish with his scheduled work and come back that day to install the system. WHICH HE DID. Definitely a man of his word and a great representative of Pristine Plumbing. Braulio installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal & water heater at our home. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He took pride in his work no matter what obstacles arose along the way. Braulio went above and beyond to address questions/concerns to ensure the finished product was to our desire. Not once did he complain or become frustrated and always had a smile. Braulio was a pleasure to have in our home!

Owner Kyle was always available to discuss any questions prior to the day of installation. The quote for service was extremely competitive and we are glad to have gone with a local small business to complete the upgrades in our home!

I have used Pristine Plumbing over the years. They have always been reasonable and professional. I just used them again today to fix a loose kitchen faucet, and Travis went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed up. I really appreciated how much effort he put in to make sure everything was working again and will definitely continue to utilize Pristine Plumbing in the future due to another positive experience.
