Kyle and his crew were absolutely amazing! We had a leaking bathtub, and they came in and handled the job quickly and efficiently. The team was clean, meticulous, and respectful of our home throughout the process. Before choosing Pristine, I had three other companies come out for quotes—each one overpriced and not truly focused on finding the real issue. Kyle’s team, on the other hand, took the time to assess the problem properly and delivered excellent results at a fair price. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. They’re the best! Hands down, they deliver… quality, service and price. I bought an older home two years ago. Naturally, and understandably, there are issues and repairs that are needed with a fifty year old home. Plumbing, though, is not my area of comfort, let alone expertise. I’ve called Pristine for help three times now, and each time they have delivered. I trust them! They know what they need to do to fix my problem, communicate so I understand, tell me what it’s going to cost, and then get the problem solved.

Pristine plumming& Construction is the best! Had a leak in my hot water heater and he was here inside of 45 minutes. He repaired the leak and left inside of 2 hrs we had another leak in the wall and again he came back and fi ed everything! Thank you Kyle! You are awesome , i will not only use this team again, i highly rexomed his company!

Taylen was awesome and able to take care of my water softener. I installed it myself with some issues as you may expect. I had another plumbing company come out and bandaid the issue that left me with a non working softener. Taylen diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to put in a system that won’t leak or cause issues down the road. He also fixed a clogged faucet and changed my shower head.

Keanu and his partner did a good job putting in our new water softener. They explained how it worked and let us know where to purchase the potassium for the unit. We are very pleased with their work. Mrs Neu

These guys did a great job. They were on time, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done to best of their abilities. Pricing was fair and based on my own AI searches for expected job cost, they were exactly as it should have been. They completed a re-piping of our house, completed a bathroom remodel and even installed a water softener at no charge that I had previously bought. They were friendly and respectful around our kids while working and all around easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

This is to inform you of a Beautiful Install of a Kitchen Sink in my home today. Your Installer Keanu was very Professional and Polite, He answered all our Questions and did an Excellant Job on the Installation. He was very proficient & organized, He even got rid of the old sink and the Box the new sink came in (which was kind because I didn't have to be concerned with anything ).. I got a new faucet for my kitchen sink. After watching some YouTube videos, I thought I could install it myself. I probably could have if my claustrophobia hadn't kicked in. I reached out to Pristine and we setup an appointment for a quote the following morning. Technician Alex arrived early and quoted me a good price so I had him do the work right then. He did an excellent job! He was friendly and courteous. He made sure every connection under the sink was tight and functioning properly. He found a valve in my RO system that was loose and he fixed it at no extra charge. I will definately be calling them in the future should the need arise. the faucet looks great and works great!
