Had an issue with our toilet tank. Mario was right on it. Adjusted water flow, discussed other issues and came together for a game plan. Best plumber I've ever worked with.

Mario and Jaden came out today and replaced the filters in the water filtration system under the sink. They did a great job - they were efficient, friendly, and very helpful about maintaining the system. We give them an A+!

My water heater sprung a leak and my family of 4 would have been without hot water for a while. I called Cleanline one time, and they said they'd have a tech out ASAP. They meant it because Mario got there within 30 minutes.

Mario showed me what happened to the fixture, and gave advice on preventative measures for the future. He got my tank fixed and he was off to the next job. They must really care about all their clients too because Mario fielded 3 calls while working on my tank, answering questions of his teammates. He helped them get squared away and never stopped working on my unit.

I'm now in the market for a water softener and they're the first company I'm calling. It will be very hard for anyone else to prove they are as ready to serve as Cleanline.

Wow. These guys were so fast and professional. Mario came out to the house and answered all of my questions and quickly diagnosed all the issues. He made great recommendations for some improvements and didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything even though we went with his recommendation of installing a water softener. I appreciated how kind and professional he was. Ian was here for the install and got everything done with a smile on his face! He even helped me put a clothing rod back up that i knocked down when trying to clean up the laundry room that they needed access to. We will use these guys again, the prices were better than we expected too. We are in Caldwell and glad they got to work so quickly to fix everything.

I recently experienced a hot water pipe burst that required an immediate response. The cleanup team recommended Cleanline Plumbing, and I was fortunate to have Mario arrive at my home within 30 minutes. He efficiently replaced the broken plumbing and restored my water supply in about an hour, making the disruption barely noticeable. Additionally, Mario provided valuable recommendations to prevent future plumbing issues. His service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Great company! Ian and Jaden installed a new water softener for us today. They were prompt and very informative. Answered all our questions and was very respectful. Showed us how to work the control box and set all the setting to where we need to be for just the two of us. They cleaned up everything and hauled off the old system. I highly recommend Cleanline Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I also want to say thank you to Mario who did our first service call to let us know our options. No pressure, which was very nice. We needed to replace the prv, expansion tank, and T&P valve. Luke was very informative and answered all of my (and my husband’s) questions. He was very patient and took the time and effort, even when we may have duplicated the question asking :). Definitely recommend him!

Cole was friendly, and eager to teach, and clean. He listened carefully to our concerns and offered to address them promptly. His work was not easy, but he did it quickly with no complaint. He even called in a supervisor to address an issue from the previous owner of the house and facilitated communication to clear it up.

So far so good, had express plumbing fix our main sewer line under our driveway and they had it done in one day, although I am still waiting for them to fill in the concrete..I'm sure some things are out of their control when they have to hire someone else for a different part of the job. When I first met with Simon for a quote on this project he was very thorough and informative. I truly appreciated that he listened and cared about the house, checking to make sure there wasn't any other leaks, went above and beyond looking under the crawl space even.
Unfortunately we won't be using the maintenance program services, they tried rescheduling for a 3rd time, at that point I was disappointed..which is too bad really because we have other projects that we would of used them for.

Zachary was totally amazing, what a gem of an employee you have so knowledgeable and professional! He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in record time!
This is the fourth time we’ve used express services. I would recommend them to anybody local company employees love working for them.

Express Plumbing responded quickly when our kitchen faucet stopped working. We opted to get out own replacement faucet as the one they had available was twice the cost of what it would cost at retail. It was enjoyable working with Zach, who was attentive, professional, and well qualified. However the office staff was not as reliable. I contacted them to let Zach know that I had the replacement faucet and to inquire about a senior or veteran’s discount. They said they would contact him but upon arrival he had no knowledge of my inquiry. I immediately received a request for a review, but am still waiting for a copy of the invoice. This

Great service! Came out same day to change out my kitchen faucet. Derek was very polite and professional. I felt the bill was a little high but after seeing that the old one was not coming out easy and needed to be completely cut out, I felt the bill was fair.

I have used Express services for several years now from major HVAC issues to random plumbing ones....Express has always been the people company I call! This last visit involved a problem with my furnace. Stetson B. was the technician and he did a fantastic job assessing the issue and fixing it. He was both professional and personable, making it easy to trust his expertise and his work. Their customer service is also always stellar! I've never regretted my membership with this company. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Express, they always are very professional but also very personable. I always feel very comfortable having them in our home. Cole was so helpful and kind, fixing an issue we have had for years and many technicians weren't able to solve it. Really appreciated his dedication to helping us out and we're excited for our new air purifier!

Had an issue with our toilet. Kevin came out and did an outstanding job to let us know the problem. He even had a supervisor come out to assist and make sure our water system was functioning good. I highly recommend using express.

Woke up Dec. 30th to a cold house and needed to find someone to address it soon. Called Express Plumbing Heating and Air and was greeted by a very nice person who scheduled my service call that afternoon. Shout out to Simon who arrived on time and diagnosed the problem . He was able to get it running (aahhh, warmth !) but found a faulty part he needed to order. I was quoted a fair price and a promise to have the installation done the next morning. Derek arrived the next morning - a holiday- and had it fixed within an hour. The quote was the final bill and Im warm and happy. Professional, fast and honest . I recommend them.
