Had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Called Express Plumbing, super glad I did. From first contact, Express has shown nothing but world-class customer service. All employees are very customer-service focused. Luke was very thorough and found several issues that needed addressing.

Luke Kenrick with Express Plumbing Heating & Air came to inspect our water system and flush the hot water heater. This was part of our whole house yearly inspection. He was polite, personable, thourough, and made the visit very pleasant. He found the hot water heater to be in excellent shape. No sediment coming out of the flush. He gave two suggestions. (1) To keep the level of water softener salt at the mid level in the tank, (2) replace the sediment filter on a schedule.

Huge thanks to Express, and specifically Dylan. We had a tricky leak up in the attic that showed up during rain and a toilet flusher that kept acting up. They diagnosed the attic issue quickly, made a solid repair, and then fixed the toilet so it fills and flushes the way it should. Professional, on time, respectful of the house, and pricing was exactly what was quoted. If you need a reliable plumber, this is the call.

We ran into a major unexpected problem with our main shutoff valve and Express was great! Our technician Luke was absolutely fantastic. He arrived in less than 2 hours, and was very professional, kind, efficient, clean upfront and honest. Our issue was resolved the same day. A bit on the high end for price, we’re glad that we called Express.

Super friendly staff, timely and efficient. Great communication of when the service will happen. We had an “bump in the road” during the process but the Express Plumbing team addressed the issue immediately and made optimal reparations. I am impressed by the level of care these folks provide. Simon is friendly, knowledgeable, and careful. I'm very happy with this experience. He not only completed quite a bit of work (new water heater, new vent in the garage, new laundry faucet, new main water shutoff valve which he also moved to make it easier for us to access), but while he was under the house, he found our dryer hose disconnected and reconnected it without being asked to. Stellar technician.

Ricky is prompt and competent with everything we needed in our commercial facility. He presented our options and price points in a very convenient and non imposing way. Got right to the job and let us get back to work.

Had a great experience with service tech Cole Debry! He was very prompt to arrive and answered all my questions with ease. Received quote and had repair fully completed within a couple of hours. I’m highly impressed with his strong customer service skills. Will definitely work with Express Heating & Air for all future needs.

Cole was amazing! We had so much trouble with our kitchen drain - flooding underneath - we had another company come out to fix it and 3 weeks later we had the same problem. Cole was so knowledgeable and knew just what to do. He was also very thorough testing our water and pressure and fixing other problems we weren’t aware of. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!

Cole Derby has come to our home several times to do inspections of our plumbing, AC and HVAC systems. Today he cleaned the furnace blower motor assembly and the indoor coil. As you can see from the before and after photos he did a great job!
