A.J., is absolutely amazing. He came through with some good information and checked out all my stuff was polite on time and a great asset to the cooling system of my home.

The technician, Luke K. was professional, knowledgeable and very nice and friendly. He did a thorough inspection of my residence and addressed my concerns. Definitely recommend Express and especially Luke K. He provided an estimate for his recommendations and was not pushy or aggressive to sell me something. I will be calling to have the services completed but the diagnostic service (cost) was reasonable.

Kevin Jack was out today for our annual plumbing service. He completed the service with a all clear outcome and everything in great shape, left use with quote for an additional upgrade to our water system for a RO system which was a great offer and great price, we will consider adding the RO to our water system we currently have soon.
Kevin is very professional, a great guy and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Very happy with the service I received from Luke today. He arrived super quick (less then an hour after I called to request help) and got right to work replacing my water heater expansion tank. He also did a very thorough inspection of all the plumbing in my house yesterday and wrote up several quotes for me, including individual repairs and all inclusive repairs. It was really nice to call and get the same person out twice without a set appointment or anything. I will definitely be using Express again for my other plumbing needs.

Called at 5pm on a Friday and had Kevin at my door at 5:45. So fast! I had a toilet clogged that I was unable to unclog on my own. When I was given the estimate for him to unclog it, it was a bit outside of what I could afford. Kevin made a call and was able to accommodate my budget. He was so nice and respectful. I will be using Express for future issues.

Ricardo has been fantastic with all of my plumbing needs, today he was helping ensure appliances in my house are protected from the high water pressure we're getting (due to the increase in new housing developments in our area) by installing a Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV) on my water line. I really appreciate the proactive approach Ricardo has taken with suggestions regarding plumbing in my house and helping me ensure its longevity - He's never been pushy and he's always left the decision with me. I'm a paying VIP customer and Ricardo is a big reason for it - Request RICARDO if you want a solid plumber helping you out!

We needed our water mainline replaced. Jacob, Mason and Ricky came out from Express Plumbing to do the job. They were respectful and courteous. We were keep well informed of what was happening, which is really a big thing for us! They did a really good job trenching and restoring our landscape. They completed the job when they said they would. We feel that they went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend them!

Jake did a great job. Both professional and friendly, he quickly diagnosed the problem corrected the situation and recommended preventative measures.
I felt that it was a little pricey but considering the timely and professional service, it was fine.

Had my furnace go out and didn’t find out about it until 7pm. Called totally expecting to get scheduled for the next day and planned on just dealing with a freezing house. Got a hold of Express and they immediately got online with one of their technicians Cole and had him out to the house by 8pm. Cole was amazing, very knowledgeable, courteous, and fast in diagnosing. He explained everything in great detail and even though we couldn’t get the part to fix it until the next day he was able to leave multiple space heaters which helped immensely. He came back the next morning and it was all fixed by 9am. I cannot recommend Express highly enough and a big part of that is their great technician Cole. Thank you!

This company has always given me outstanding service. I have no idea if they’re the best price in town, but every single employee contact I’ve had has been five star for sure. Not to mention the great work they do. Gotta give a shout out to Derek C and his amazing service!!

1Having Jake and Express plumbing,heating & air was like staying in a 5 star hotel and being treated like a celebrity!!! From the delightful young lady who helped me get a quick appointment to having Jake fix our plumbing problem, was outstanding. I highly recommend them and give heartfelt thanks for their fast and great service.

Ricardo of Express Plumbing did an exceptional job in repairing a rather tricky drain blockage. His personality and people skills are exceptional: conveying empathy and support as well as reassurance and confidence that he’d get the job done. He was patient with my questions, always answering with honesty and confidence. It was a tricky blockage but he kept working at it, never losing his confidence and optimism that he’d get the job done. The same was true for his replacement of our 20 year old water heater the next day (not related to the original sewer blockage). Expert service. Very timely (same day service for my phone call). Positive humble yet confident communications. I also appreciated his gratitude and confidence in working for Express Plumbing and their support of their employees. All around excellent experience.

A few years back, my toilet was leaking and Express Plumbing came out, determined the problem, and then installed a new toilet. Part of the contract signed included a lifetime warranty on the toilet along with a VIP membership that was paid in full which included a free annual check up to ensure the plumbing in my house was working property and priority service when I have issues.

I called today to request a plumber for a bathroom sink leak and I was informed that they would no longer service my address in Meridian. Originally they refused to tell me why until the CEO emailed me and claimed that I never paid for the VIP membership. Although I paid at the time of the toilet installation, which was under one invoice and one payment.

Additionally, they never reached out to state that I had an open balance. I never received an email, phone call, or paper invoice. They also performed this annual free service on my property about six months after the toilet installation. Which they would not have done if I hadn’t paid for the membership. Now 1 1/2 years later they’re claiming I never paid and have an open balance.

I will be reporting Express Plumbing to the consumer protection division of the Attorney General’s office regarding the membership because they’re refusing to uphold their end of the contract. I highly recommend you find a different plumbing company to service your needs.

Mason R. Was a very kind and efficient gentleman. He clearly explained everything that was going on throughout the process so I could make an educated decision about what was right for my home. He explained clearly all of the benefits and possible consequences when I was deciding what route to take without being pushy. I truly felt that he just wanted me to be informed so that I could make the best decision possible for myself. After finishing the repair, he did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself and explaining the next steps. I give this five stars because Mason was really fantastic! However, I will say that the girl that I made the appointment with was not. I originally called and made the appointment for Friday morning between eight and noon. That girl that I talked to was really sweet and nice but apparently forgot to schedule the appointment. So when no one showed up by noon on Friday, I called again and that time I got a different girl who had a real crabby attitude and was very disrespectful. She seemed to genuinely not care at all, talked in a completely monotone voice, and told me that I never made the original appointment. I felt very unheard, disrespected, and gaslit, and contemplated going with a different company altogether. I stayed the course and I’m glad I did because as I said before, Mason was excellent, but the girl on the second phone call really should not have been customer facing. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but seriously leave it at the door. Nobody wants to deal with your crap when we’re all dealing with our own.

Very quick response scheduled an inquiry the night before Cole showed up first thing the next morning. We went over the existing issues he checked them all. We discussed all all of the options for the repair including financing options before any work was performed. COLE was great. He was able to repair The air conditioner, water heater, and replace a outside faucet.

Out Tech's name was David, He was extremely kind, professional and efficient. He explained the issue, how he was going to fix it and gave me an ETA on when he would be done. Overall, I am very happy with how the appointment went, David is a great asset to your team.

We are so happy with the service we received from Ricardo! He came to our house the same day we called, took his time evaluating the issues before providing us with a quote that beat out the competitors. He then addressed our plumbing problems same day, staying until 8pm to make sure everything was resolved. On top of that, he was a genuinely kind person making it a pleasant experience to have him in our home. We look forward to working with him again!
