and shopping over a decade, I can assure you the Drummond, Dan, Wydel, or. Louis will expedite your order at will call, Andrew, Jerry, and Chris will kill at finding your part, John will destroy at outside sales, and Rick will move that commercial WH like a rockstar. Ferguson makes my job easier!

Ordered a mop sink, furgusen gave me an order number, drove 1 1/2 hours to pick it up hear. Then they told me they don't have it , they sold it to someone else.

It's really the focus on total customer satisfaction that sets the Ferguson Addison branch apart from other supply houses.
On a recent trip to the Ferguson Addison branch I was given a fitting with a small crack in it, I can't exactly be upset at them since I missed it to. Anyways, I felt it uncouth to install the fitting even though it wouldn't have affected the functionality at all so, back to Ferguson I went. I was able to exchange the product in an expedient manner and get back to business. Well done Ferguson, well done!

I should give them an zero star rating due to a employee by the name of Chuck. CHUCK Is rude, disrespectful human being who should not be held any position or job at ferguson . Everytime I'm in the store, he is very unprofessional towards customers and employees. I saw him harassing using terrible verbal language towards customers and employees.
