I have been using Quality Plumbing for a few years now. I use them over any other companies due to their timeliness, quality of work to include cleanup, and their upfront honest pricing which is competitive to others. They have completed many projects for me from small drain clearing to replacing outdoor spigot to just recent hot water heater replacement. All of which I have felt extremely comfortable in their work and having them in my home to do the work. We have used Quality Plumbing for a number of years now for all our plumbing services. From water softener leaks to toilet repairs to new fixtures, each job is done in a timely and professional manner. Dan has been our friendly, courteous and professional serviceman and always does an outstanding job!! He always explains what he’s doing and why and answers all out questions. Long story short...

Cut a hole in my ceiling to find a leak. Seen said leak and called Quality Plumbing Services. I was able to get a tech out the next day. That tech immediately found the cause of the problem and fixed it correctly...the...first...time. in other words, where other plumbers did the minimum requirements for the job, he seen and diagnosed what problems other plumbers created.

As the name of the company says it all; I would absolutely do business with that company again.

I have been using Quality Plumbing Services for a couple years for issues from leaky showers to installing a new water heater and now garbage disposal. They are easy,reliable knowledgeable and cost effective and my go to for issues! Having Dan as the tech for any work done helps, he is fast, efficient with great customer service!

From my initial call with Ralph on a Saturday about an ejector pump that had failed, to the service provided by their technicians, everything was handled with true professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout the process, they clearly explained the repair to me, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

Dan arrived at my house in the stipulated time, they were quick to check the problem I had in the crawl space, they did several tests to make sure where the leak was coming from, once they identified the source, Dan explained everything to me professionally in a very clear way and immediately fixed the leak and another problem I also had with the pipe that leads to the street. They did a clean a perfect job and also gave me recommendations to take care of the water and the flies that were down there. I would definitely call them again if I need to, I highly recommend them 100%

An AI app referred this company to me so I took a chance.

They ended up fixing a toilet pipe that was older than everyone in the house. 3 other plumbers and 2 quick fixes over the course of 3 years said I would have to dig up the floor or go through the ceiling below. They came in a did some real quality work. Well worth the time and money spent to be free of this head ache.

Dan and brian came out and did an excellent and professional job thawing out the pipes. They verified every faucet to make sure there was running water. Highly recommend them

I had been looking for a plumber for a long time. I sat down and got online and started searching for plumbers. I read a lot of reviews and finally settled on Quality Plumbers. They worked on older homes and that was definitely mine.
I gave them a call and got an appointment for the very next day. Kevin and Brian showed up in the time I was told. They checked out the situation and explained everything to me and then got right to work.
Kevin and Brian were very professional, friendly, knew their job and cared how they did it. I will definitely be calling Quality Plumbing for all my plumbing problems. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends.

Very happy with the work done by Quality Plumbing! Had a shower valve that needed to be fixed and they were able to come by on short notice. Special thanks to Dan who did an excellent job fixing the shower! Real nice guy, very professional.

They quoted me $1579.00 for a job that I did the next day ( replacing waste and drainage pipe in bathroom ) for $250.00 dollars plus tip, job done no more leak.

Nothing complex about job, pipe fully visible and accessible. Repair kit for waste and drainage cost $38.00…… not sure how a $1579.00 charge was justified ……. Your agent said the extra charge was because he went to school for 5 yrs and is licensed ……. Those are costs you recoup over time not all of it from one customer…… glad I had the sense to do some quick internet research to see the recommended price range for changing waste and drainage pipe in bathroom that is accessible and not hidden in the walls ……. Recommend everyone do their research to avoid being overcharged ……… just want to protect others hence the review …… would have been really upset to be out $1579 instead of $250 plus tips …… no judgement, to each his own …….. thanks for the response.

Dan was at our home today replacing a sump pump and replacing a widespread faucet in our vintage pedestal sink. He was a pleasure to work with - very thorough, explanatory and professional. Absolutely would recommend Quality Plumbing.

Would recommend Quality Plumbing in Addison, IL to do work. Received a call 15 minutes before Kevin came out to do the work. He was very professional and left the work area clean.

We were dealing with a sump pump emergency when it suddenly stopped working and water began coming into our basement. It was incredibly stressful, and most companies I called were either unavailable or rushed us off the phone and were quick to assume that our sump pump was shot. Quality Plumbing Services was the only company that took the time to really ask questions and understand exactly what was happening with our sump pump.

Even though they weren’t able to come out until the next day, the person I spoke with was calm, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through a temporary solution over the phone that helped prevent our basement from flooding. Thanks to this guidance, we were able to get the motor going and avoid major damage.

They came out right away the next morning. I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help during a stressful emergency. I can’t recommend Quality Plumbing Services enough.
