Dan from Quality Plumbing came out for my leaky shower cartridge and low water pressure. The part was a pain—he had to track one down and order it, which took a little extra time, but he kept me updated and got it sorted without any hassle on my end. Fixed everything perfectly, pressure's great now, and he was really nice and professional. Super happy—thanks Dan and Quality Plumbing!

I have had some bad experiences in the past dealing with landscapers, plumbers etc just trying to get them to your home and on time. Problem solved with Drip Drop Plumbing. First off Bob was on time and as awkward as it was a plumber was here already giving me an estimate and he Kindly waited in his truck. The other plumber came way early but Bob was on time... Bob is a super nice guy and we discussed the work I needed and options and gave me advise as well of things I didn't even consider. Even though his bid was just slightly higher then another plumber I had, and WAY WAY less then some of the others, I chose Bob because, one I Liked his personality they way he represented himself and how timely they were able to schedule the job. Especially since a previous plumber left me hanging and I was in a bind, they didn't capitalize on that. Work day Bob and Shaun came as scheduled and called with a ETA because of traffic. Shaun and Bob are two of the most genuinely nice people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, not just because they are in your home and you hire them but these guys don't have to fake it. They are kind and considerate and considering the job that was ahead of them, they never showed any frustration. They even deducted some of my bill because of some parts I elected to get myself. Not only did they work as professionals and showed me the upmost respect, asked if I wanted to take some photos along the way for documentation, they also did a tremendous job, everything to code, the plumbing was spot on where I needed it and one could tell this wasn't done by a weekend warrior... They left my home as clean as expected especially with all the dust from busting concrete. I would not hesitate to hire from this company again in a heart beat. They are professional, they came on time, called ahead all things one appreciates when your life is about to be tuned upside down for the day. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and should be commended on impressing me because I promise I am not easily impressed this day and age anymore...

So last month my hot water heater was on the fritz and Drip Drop Plumbing was the 1st company to respond. They sent a guy out and in his opinion it was that the Thermocouple that needed to be replaced. He charged me $240 for the job and then 2 days later, I was having the same problem. I called Drip Drop back and they told me that maybe I need to get my chimney looked at because air thru there may be blowing the pilot out. I called multiple times and got nothing more than a run around. They still to this day never called back and I feel I deserve a refund because they never fixed the problem.

Our main drain was backing up and they came out right away and were professional and kept us informed of our options and were able to fix the problem that day at a very fair price. We used Drip Drop about 6 years ago and were extremely happy with them then and now.

Drip Drop Plumbing has been our number one plumbing company for years now. From little leaks to flooding, they have fixed it all! Dealing with everyone who works there has always been a pleasure. They are extremely knowledgable and have always taken the time to explain the issues and how those issues will be addressed. Everyone who has come out has always been great! Very respectful of your home and your time! Drip drop checks every box! From knowlegde of how to address the problem to being kind and courteous. Definitely would recommend this company!

Prompt and fairly priced service. Karla and Gianna responded right away and accommodated a last-minute reschedule for me. Tech Bob went out of his way to ensure that the kitchen drain was opened all the way, he had to rod it out 3 times. Highly recommend this company, a big difference from some of the others in the area.

Exceptional! Drip Drop Plumbing are the best in Chicagoland. Their efficiency is unparalleled – they swiftly tackled my plumbing issues (leaky shower, re-routing pipes in the basement) with precision. Shaun has in-depth knowledge and is expertly able to resolve any problem. Communication was flawless as Karla is on top of things.

Few things strike fear into the heart of the owner of a 90 year old house more than realizing you need to to call on the services of a plumber. So, it was with considerable trepidation that I first contacted Drip Drop Plumbing nearly seven years ago when my sewer backed up. Shaun arrived early the next morning and valiantly squeezed himself into my basement plumbing chase, braving spiders and Frankenplumbing, to assess the situation. He gave me a firm quote and went straight to work. Within an hour or so he had cleared the line, closed up the plumbing, cleaned up after himself and was on his way, leaving me incredibly pleased and with no sticker shock.

Fast forward to the present, and the same initial fear crept into my heart as my floor drain backed up. Without wasting another second worrying about the source of the problem, I called on Drip Drop Plumbing again, confident that I would be treated honestly. Shaun and his apprentice arrived the next morning, within the early portion of their two hour call window, and again quickly assessed the situation, offered me a couple of alternatives for treating the problem, and didn't pressure me when I chose the less expensive of the two options. They were quick, clean and courteous, never once letting on that my watching over their shoulder may have been annoying. They even answered the small questions I had about other potential jobs I had around the house, without leaning on me to get it done "before my plumbing exploded" or whatever it is the dishonest plumbers tell homeowners.

When I inevitably need the services of a plumber again, I won't hesitate to contact Drip Drop Plumbing.

Joe came out on Tuesday to evaluate my leaky shower. The great staff at DripDrop coordinated everything. Within hours they sent me a very fair estimate, and two days later Joe and Dan completed the job in about 3 hours. I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I will be recommending them to everyone in my condo complex that may need a great plumber!

Adam from Drip Drop took on a tricky sewer problem for us and did not quit until he got it done. He explained each step, then carefully reviewed the results before going to the next one. His work speaks well of the quality of Drip Drop's work!

I called Drip Drop Plumbing for help with a toilet problem. They looked for the least expensive solution, and gave me what I felt was a fair price for the work. It turned out that the problem was much more extensive than just the toilet; it was a backed-up sewer problem. Drip Drop then looked for the least expensive way to solve the problem and again gave me a price. The work was now much more extensive, but I believe the price was again fair. The plumber that I thought I needed turned out to be a plumbing contractor, and Drip Drop was capable in all areas. In the end, old clay sewer pipe was replaced with PVC, and it was gratifying to know that Drip Drop was capable of doing whatever it took to correct the problem. This is not the kind of project that one looks forward to having done, but it was necessary, and Drip Drop did a fine job. They were careful to keep the dust and dirt to a minimum, and they were very professional in every aspect. They always knew exactly the right thing to do. That is, right for longevity of the work and right from a cost standpoint as well. Plumbing is never inexpensive work, but when one needs it, one would like it to be done well at a fair price. Augie was great. We had a leak in the ceiling just below a shower. We could not locate the leak as it was not consistent. Called to have Drip Drop come and determine the problem and give us a quotation on the repair. They responded right away and scheduled a visit for service the next day. Augie tested running the water in several different ways. He quickly determined that the problem was not plumbing but old grout that needed to be repaired. When we asked for the service charge, he responded, "It isn't the plumbing, you don't owe me a thing. It is a courtesy." WOW! When does that ever happen? Very impressed.

They cleaned up the area after they were finished working, Ron went through all the work they had done with me and answered all the questions I had. I have used Drip Drop for plumbing issues at work. Once was to replace and install 9 faucets and once was to work on a urinal that was leaking and having issues. Dan and Ron were great. They showed up when promised and we're great to work with. Both very nice guys. I would definitely recommend Drip Drop!

Jordan was amazing! We had a leak from our upstairs neighbor’s toilet ruin our bathroom ceiling. Jordan came out, removed the damaged drywall/ceiling, and fixed the toilet within the day. Very personable and reliable! Would highly recommend!

I called Drip Drop Plumbing when another company couldn't offer a variety of sump pumps with battery back-up to choose from. Drip Drop came within two hours of my call and replaced everything. Bob was easy to talk with, and he did quick, clean, efficient work. I recommend Drip Drop Plumbing.
