I'm so pleased with Drip Drop!! I cannot recommend them enough!!!
I had a literal worse case scenario occur when we were listing our home to sell: pipe issue discovered the day we started showing our home. Long story short, I had another plumber come out and drag me along for days trying to figure the problem and get me an estimate. This was a really time sensitive situation as we accepted an offer and things moved quickly from there, with inspection/appraisal awaiting this repair! After almost 24 hours waiting on an estimate (yup... just the estimate) from this other plumber, I had a friend recommend drip drop... Shaun came the same day, gave me an estimate ON THE SPOT, and got me on the repair schedule ASAP. I could tell Shaun took my situation seriously and actually cared... like a totally normal person, not at all that corporate feel I got from the other company. It got even better because he showed up on time, with a smile, and was happy to do the work. He kept me updated the entire time and completed the work professionally and quickly. To add a lovely cherry on top of it all, his estimate was over $1200 cheaper than the other plumber's estimate! Drip Drop is my go to plumber FOR LIFE now. I will always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber! Oh!! And the office lady was so nice and friendly! Overall amazing experience 10/10 would recommend!

Jordan did a great job fixing my burst pipe! It was in a difficult location and he was able to repair it without causing too much damage to the drywall. Communication was great as well!

Update! Shaun and Jordan came back today to install a tankless water heater. These guys are the best of the best, great price, they do it right, and explained everything. Wouldn't consider using anyone else! Thanks again!!

We had a spigot break over the weekend and I cannot say enough how glad I am that I called this company. Jordan our tech was fantastic and knew exactly what to do. Was efficient and clear about how to move forward and options for us. We will definitely use their services in the future.

After 17 years our water heater gave up the ghost. I had a few people in to look at it and give me prices. I had had good experiences with Drip Drop a few times so i called them. Shaun came over and listened, really listened before spouting his bit.

finally, after i was done talking he patiently discussed my need. I ran some ideas by him, and once again he listened. He was a good listener. After talking for a while a light went on. You need a tankless water heater? I do? yes. I've had one in my own home for 15 Years and never had one problem. I already knew i would not be getting another seventeen years out of any new hot water heater. his realization to my problem galvanized me into action!

Yes, he was completely right. A tankless heater was exactly what i needed. "And we'll put it right here!" Get your electrician to give me a low voltage outlet right here on this wall.

I got him. Got the outlet. Shaun worked like six men. He got it done in one day, swept up, cleaned up and got his money.

he made it easy for me to get the proper solution for my flooded basement. But more than that. Shaun was really much more than a plumber. He was a good friend I just hadn't met yet.

it goes without saying he was honest, fair and articulate.
I think he would be successful in whatever he chose for a career. I was just fortunate enough he chose plumbing.

the tankless unit takes a bit longer to get the hot water up to the second floor shower. But it gets there. i have more room in my basement. Now I'm thinking about taking out the chimney and putting in a dance floor. Dances ten cent a piece, open till 12, closed on sundays. So, yeah. if you want plumbing done right, a a fair price call drip drop. If you want a prince to come do the work tell Karla you want Shaun to come over.

I'm astounded that there's still service this good these days. I woke up to water all over the house and they were there, same day, to resolve the problem. I felt like I was dealing more with close friends than a service provider. They were friendly, honest, and I truly felt like they wanted the problem resolved as much as I did. I can't say enough good things about their incredible customer service and I the price was great.

Jordan explained everything and was very very thorough. Figured out an issue that several other plumbers could not.

Showed me how to replace a cartridge myself in the future to save expense as well.

My basin sink was over flowing in the basement laundry room. I called drip drop and they came shortly after I called. The plumber was Bob. He was awesome. It didn't take long for him to diagnose the issue and fix it. So happy I called them. Great company. I highly recommend Drip drop.

Installed an overhead sewer system and replaced our lead water supply line. Work was completely quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Useless folks, tried calling them multiple times and left voice messages for a quote and never returned a call back. Was recommended by someone, but looks like they don’t want the business.

Update: Owners are liars as you can see I was called but when I tried to call back multiple time and left voice messages, I was never returned a call back. So how can they now I was busy lol, when they never return my multiple calls. Don’t expect help in emergency when they don’t respond and falsely lie.

Russ's plumbing & Sewer installed an outside sewer clean-out because I had roots in my sewer line. They were extremely professional and competitive on price. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Honest, hard working. Russ explained the steps and answered all our questions. Then performed all the work in one day. My water pressure is amazing and the pricing was fair. They came highly recommended and I now know why.

Great service - clean, responsive, and very professional work! They replaced the water line from the street to our house, worked well with the Village of Glen Ellyn, and made the entire process much easier than I expected. Highly recommend them for any plumbing and sewer work.

These guys are great. They are clean, easy to work with, fair and they communicate really well throughout the job. Also, I had a complex job and they were the only company (out of 5) that came up with a solution that I felt made the most sense. They know their stuff. If you have a problem, definitely get their opinion.

My blind 88 year old father's toilet broke. It is difficult for him to walk to his other bathroom, especially at night. I called Russ's Plumbing and they without hesitation sent Chuck to my fathers home within couple of hours from my call.
Chuck arrived and fixed the toilet in no time. Chuck was absolutely wonderful and my father called me at least 5 times to make sure I let the owner of Russ's plumbing know what a great job Chuck did and how wonderful he was to my father.
