The dispatch was prompt and Dan- The Plumber was on-time with a smile on his face when he arrived.

Very pleased. I needed a laundry tub with standing (yucky) water cleared, the main drain there rodded, and trap fittings replaced. Also needed trap and strainer housing replaced on the kitchen sink. This company was extremely professional and very pleasant. On time, courteous and thorough. The price is quoted before the work is done and is based on the work needed not an hourly rate. The cost was fair and at the moderate side of what I expected. They have a good warranty policy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. No muss, no fuss. From the initial call on I felt the job was in good hands.

Absolutely fantastic. After calling multiple plumbers in the area and waiting forever (I'm still waiting) for them to call me back, Drip Drop scheduled right when I called. They scheduled a 2 hour window, then called and asked if they could come EARLY!! Anyone who has had the "two hour window" experience knows that it's unheard of for the service people to come early. Drip Drop not only came early, but they were in and out before my "window" even began. They diagnosed the issue quickly, had the materials with them and fixed the problem really efficiently. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber.

Battery backup for my sump pump went out. Alarms going off, called Drip Drop Plumbing. Tech came out and we were told it was a simple fix and he'll be right back. A minute later the owner showed up. Looked at our set up and said oh no you need a whole new set up. $1700. I was skeptical so I had my maintenance man at work look at the battery back up. We swapped out the battery and have not had any more issues. The owner himself tried to con us. Gave an elaborate story about his own power being out for 5 days the previous year. We better pay the $1700 or risk everything! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Get a second opinion.

Drip Drop installed a new kitchen faucet a year ago. The service and price could not be better. The faucet began to run very slow so I called Drip Drop. After a $180.00 "diagnostic", I was advised I needed a new faucet for $560.00. I showed them the door and proceeded to clean the wand screen, which I would have done in the first place but a recent surgery limited my ability. The faucet runs as good as new. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I have since heard from DD and they offered to refund my charges with an apology, so I have upgraded to three stars. I understand that the original man I had a year ago, who did excellent work, is no longer with the company. I was promised if I ever call on DD Plumbing again I will be assigned a different technician.

Needed to get my water heater replaced. Drip Drop Plumbing sent Martin McIntosh to complete the job. He was very professional, friendly and honest during his visit. Took the time to explain all the work that was to be performed. He completed the work timely and the unit works great. In addition, he was very mindful of my unit (ensured that the place as when he arrived). Great company and great plumber, will hold on to the number for future reference.

I am a repeat customer with this company, and both times I've had exemplary experiences. Scheduling was easy, they were very prompt and communicated their arrival in advance.

They replaced a shower valve and hose spigot, installed a garbage disposal and removed a water softener. Their pricing seemed very fair and honest for a quality job.

Drip Drop Plumbing is a professional company that I recommend. Customer service started with making an appointment and ended with a follow-up call about the completed job. Dan was the plumber and he was great! He presented cost comparisons for the job - repairing the toilet or buying a new one. The information he provided was very helpful to me in making the most cost-effective decision.

I had a great experience with Drip Drop from talking to Karla on the phone on scheduling and having the 2 gentlemen repair the faulty valve. The first person to do the diagnostic was Richard - he was nice, easy to talk to and was thorough on his assessment. Then the other 2 gentlemen came in a timely manner and finished the job with no problem. I definitely recommend Drip Drop Plumbing!

In response to owner: You caused damage after the arrival and didn't fix anything is the issue. I understand the toilet being cracked is not your responsibility. But it was your responsibility to fix the leak and not allow more damage to occur. Instead it was worse after your technician left. And saying you "stand by your work," when your work was to misdiagnose the issue and allow further damage to occur shows that you are just trying to defend your reputation and take advantage of your customers.

This will be long as I am extremely upset. The short story is that I called Drip Drop Plumbing to fix a leak in my ceiling. They charged me $320 (3o minutes of work) and did not fix the leak and said they were unable to help. They also caused more water damage to my house by saying that it was fixed and turning the water back on. When I requested a refund because I still had to fix the leak, they were extremely rude and said they provided "services" so they are entitled to the charge. I called Drip Drop Plumbing because of a leak in my ceiling and the technician came out and claimed that it was due to a failed wax ring on the toilet. They charged me $320 to replace the wax ring (30 minutes of work) and then left. After they left, the leak got even bigger and we had more water damage. Another tech came out 3 days later and when I was trying to explain to him what was happening, he dismissed my explanations and just replaced the wax ring again and then the leak continued. He said basically he couldn't do anything else for me and was getting ready to leave. I was obviously upset as I paid $320 and I still had a leak in the ceiling and it was only when I was noticeably upset that he took a closer look at the toilet and noticed a crack. I appreciated that he finally diagnosed the issue, but I still was upset because the leak wasn't fixed and it took me getting upset, for him to do anything other than replace the wax ring.

The technician told me to call the office if I was dissatisfied with the service and that I would be reimbursed. When I called the office, the office manager Karla was extremely rude and unsympathetic. She basically told me that I requested the wax ring and they replaced the wax ring so they are entitled to the $320. When I tried to explain that I did not request a wax ring replacement, but a ceiling repair, she said that is what they do when they find leaks.

Basically Drip Drop Plumbing doesn't actually diagnose leaks and figure out what might be happening. They go with the easiest and most common repair and if that doesn't work, then they just give up and refuse to refund anything. I called a plumbing company because I wanted an expert to figure out what was leaking, but instead I found a toilet reseating company that charges $650 an hour for labor. They refused to refund any of my payment, and when I got upset, Karla spoke condescendingly to me and didn't understand how I could be upset, when they provided their "valuable service and expertise". I can't get any of my money back, but I just wanted to leave this review as a warning to others considering using Drip Drop.

I used Drip Drop recently for several issues that came up while remodeling my kitchen. They moved a gas line, the waterline, and faucet lines, and I later learned I needed a hot water tank replaced. I’ve used other plumbing services in the past and they were ok . . .but Shaun from Drip Drop was a little different. He was pleasant professional honest and his pricing was fair. He was at my place when he said he would be and he got the job done. More importantly he came across as a normal guy. He had another gentleman with him who also was personable and rather normal. I didn’t get the corporate responses I’d heard from some pros or the sales pitches I’ve heard from others. After they were done they left my place the way they found it and I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. I seldom write reviews but rely on comments from others about their experiences, which prompted me to write one now. If you’re looking for a plumbing company whose professional reasonably priced and seemingly rather normal, consider them. I’m glad I did.

We had used Drip Drop Plumbing Services twice already in our two different locations and are very happy with the jobS they finished. The plumbers came on time, were friendly and professional. Their prices were reasonable, when compered with other plumbing companies.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good reliable plumber. They know what they are doing.

Sean was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was supposed to be a simple faucet install but my granite wasn’t drilled large enough to accommodate the faucet I bought. Sean hand grinder the hole to work so we did not have to incur and interruption with our kitchen water. Excellent job.

I hired Drip Drop at the suggestion of a GC when I needed a sewer scoped for a house under contract. The crew showed up on time (ahead of schedule actually!) and knew the best access point (after the home inspector struggled). The team was thorough, patient, and professional.

I later called Drip Drop to handle a full plumbing changeout to copper. Shaun and his crew worked efficiently and handled the job with minimal drywall cuts. Their pricing was fair, especially for a small business. The final work product was excellent and you can tell they want to do the best job possible. I've been using Drip Drop on an initial referral for almost a decade for anything I don't feel like doing or don't have the time or expertise for. They've done a water heater replacement, sewer line root clearing, sewer line replacement, and a few other small interior things for me. I hate dealing with plumbing issues, but the people at Drip Drop are always a pleasure to work with. They're up-front and fast with their estimates, quick to respond over email or phone, and very friendly and professional when they're at my house. I'm always glad I called them and am happy to recommend them.

We returned from a vacation to discover a leak had developed in a bathroom. We took steps to contain the leaking water and called Drip Drop Plumbing late on a business day. Drip Drop's Jordan arrived at the promised time the next morning and efficiently and completely fixed the problem. Jordan was pleasant to deal with. He answered all of our questions. I called Drip Drop last year to re-plumb some pipes under my kitchen sink and things went well. Recently, there was a leak and I was not sure if the issue was related to the original install or something different. In resolving the issue, they were more than fair with the pricing of today's job.
