I called the owner since I’ve known him for awhile! He sent his two guys after spending 45min at my place and changing a capacitor in the condenser on the roof, he came back to charge me $400 for what I have no clue! Lied about the work he did and the time he spent to do that baby work! Be careful who you hire friends!

Installed oversized residential system. Installed too long of a duct that loudly pops upon start up and shut off. I had another company come out and confirm the issues. Did not properly check blower speed and sub cooling after install. Blower sounded like a jet engine. It took multiple calls/emails to eventually get them to correct blower speed and sub cooling issue. After multiple calls and emails, still no duct popping fix. Poor poor customer service. STAY AWAY.

Franco took good care of me. I called and told his receptionist about how the air went out and its 90 degrees in here. She said they were booked until tomorrow, but after I explained about my pomeranians health condition and how thisbis hard on her, the owner came out himself. He got here in an hour and fixed it!

Super pleased with the service we received. Very professional. Their HVAC guys are top notch. Just sit back and let them do their job and they will tell you exactly what the problem is. They fixed our boiler.
A couple of days later (after the boiler was fixed) we noticed we had no heat. We called them and left a message. Within 15 minutes they were at our door. Turns out the problem was a burnt out wire. They fixed it. Hire these guys. I promise you won't be disappointed. :-)

Felix was able to fix the issue with my refrigerated air right away. He came that same day when I called and his pricing was great! Highly recommend!

I was charged a premium and they installed parts that left a loud grinding noise in my home. I can't even think straight and they haven't returned my phone calls. Im an Hvac tech so i ran some tests and the motor came back as being prefectly fine. The resistance values all checked out. It ended up being the capacitor that went bad. This was a $10 fix and they quoted me $900 and then sold me cheap Chinese parts that drive me crazy with noise. I want my money back and I want an apology for the way you're technician treated me while he was at my house. I find it asto ishing that they attempted to con someone from their own trade. They deserve a lawsuit.

I had a great experience with the All Seasons HVAC Repair system. Their experts were prompt, competent, and efficient. They immediately identified the problem with my heating system and provided a straightforward explanation and solution.

The team was fantastic—they carefully cleaned the vents, used a disinfectant treatment, and explained how sanitization reduces germs and allergens. The improvement in air quality occurred immediately. I can finally breathe better in my own home. Impressed with the service!

I scheduled an air duct cleaning after my energy bills increased. Ryan, the technician, was knowledgeable and demonstrated how much buildup was blocking airflow. He found an old sock stuck in a vent probably from when my son was little and “exploring.” The operation was comprehensive, with enormous hoses flowing through the house, but Ryan was cautious not to harm anything. The air smells nicer now, and the system seems more efficient. It was fascinating to discover what was hidden in those ducts.

Doug’s is fast, reliable and most of all honest. I had priced several places and Doug’s was completely reasonable and in no way price gouged. I highly recommend them.

Doug came out to our house, repaired our furnace promptly, excellently, and affordably. He's our heating and cooling pro.

My dog dropped his tennis ball toy out the window of our car at Love's. One of their employees seen this grabbed it from under his work truck and brought it back to us. I haven't used Doug's before but small good deeds go a long ways. I know who to call for my heating and air needs from now on.

I needed HVAC cleaning and sanitization for my home. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and left no mess behind. My air feels so much cleaner! Will definitely call them again.

When my furnace broke down in an emergency, Doug's HVAC Repair System really helped. Their customer service was excellent from the first time I phoned. Within an hour, Doug arrived and got to work fixing the problem. He spent time explaining what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future in addition to fixing the furnace.

Not good

Nathan was extraordinarily thorough, finding dust mounds, spider webs, and even a little dead bird in one of the external ducts. He cleaned everything thoroughly, sanitized the system, and gave instructions to keep our attic vents clear. We can't believe we waited so long to do this.

My HVAC system started making loud noises. Ricky came and did full air duct cleaning. He removed chunks of dust and old lint. Dryer vent cleaning improved the dryer's speed. Furnace cleaning got rid of a smoky smell. Blower cleaning fixed the noise issue. Coil cleaning helped the cooling system. He followed with Mold Treatment and UV light installation. Everything is working much smoother now.

No one answers the phones so I will have to clean myself. Its hard when you can't walk Because you have no cartilage in your knees 6 broken vertabre and a shoulder that won't stay in the socket.

Our vents were overflowing with plaster dust during a makeover. We scheduled a thorough air duct cleaning that included blower and coil cleaning. The technician cleaned the return vent that past providers had overlooked and took the time to explain each step. Now the airflow is fantastic!
