Smitty's Tree Service, Inc. Is the REAL DEAL. Two years ago I had them trim 3 trees at my Mom's house. They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up behind themselves. They also gave me a few tips to take care of the trees. Recently I had them out to my house to remove 4 bushes that had outgrown their spaces in my backyard. The walkways were barely passable. Again, Smitty's did their thing and removed the rootball as well. This is an awesome and knowledgeable organization. I wholeheartedly recommend Smitty's Tree Service, Inc.

The storm caused the largest tree in our yard to break. I called Smittys in the morning. Chaz came right over and gave me an estimate. They were here at 7:30am the next day and got the job done. Not only are they the best tree service but contrary to what you may here they will competitively price if they can. Best customer service and best tree service !! I had one large tree completely removed including it's stump. I had three other fairly large trees trimmed along with their dead branches removed. I had yet another tree that was trimmed also treated for it's root development. Smitty's did an outstanding job. They were timely, they were kind and they took care of the property. Upon completion of (actually during) the work my property was returned to it's pre-work condition. I respect their honesty and forthright approach concerning the work being done. The work was preformed thoroughly, safely and without mishap. I will use them in the future.

I enjoy my backyard. It is my happy/meditation place. I planted my pear tree over 15 years ago, but last year, I lost many pears because I could not pick them from the tall branches. Smitty's tree service perfectly cut my peat tree to a manageable height. This year, I realized I was losing my topsoil, so I had mulch installed. I can now easily plant my tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants, preserving the healthy soil. The installers were timely, professional, and quickly completed the job.

Smittys was wonderful, did a great job. John and Jullians teams were so hard working and all my understory trees, yellow Magnolia and Dogwood are in tact., with no breakage at all. Very professional crews and the price was excellent for all that they did. Their tree estimator, Sandy was very professional and paient with us . I will be calling again. Thanky you Smittys

Smitty's Tree Service to the Rescue! The winds from the July 14th tornado in Chicago caused a tree to fall on my home. Luckily, my son recommended contacting Smitty's Tree Service because he knew of their professional reputation. I contacted Smitty's and received an estimate immediately. The staff I spoke with were fantastic and kind. (Imagine the stress of getting a tree removed from your home.) Within a day of deciding to contract their services, Smitty's Tree Service's team arrived and removed the tree from my home. They returned the next day to pick up any remaining debris. I'm so grateful. I have put Smitty's Tree Service on my contact list and recommend them.

Over the years we’ve always seen Smitty’s trucks working throughout our area. When our tree needed professional trimming, we decided to give Smitty’s a call.
Within a couple days, an estimator came to scope out the job. To be honest, we were expecting the worst. Sandy was very knowledgeable and informative of our tree’s condition. We were pleasantly surprised to hear it was not that bad and more a common occurrence.
When the team assigned to perform the work arrived, they utilized a man lift which rode on tracks. This machine was great because our property has a bit of a hill where the tree is located, thus making it very possible to get all their equipment where it was needed. Not to mention, it did not damage the grass. The crew picked up all debris and left the area very clean! The trimming seemed to bring new life to our tree and it now appears more healthy.
Smitty’s staff were all very professional and keep great communication during the whole process. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I was extremely satisfied with Smitty’s Tree Service’s from the promptness of their call back to the excellent clean up! Their arborist came out soon after she called and made an appointment. She took pictures of the trees that I wanted trimmed and the spruce trees that needed branches trimmed away from my tool shed roof! She then showed me what would be done by high lighting areas on her camera! She was very knowledgeable! After setting up an appointment, the equipment and crew arrived in a few days and carried out the plan with precision. I ask them if they could cut a small flower decorative tree to have root base dug up in the spring! They did an excellent job on the trimming and wonderful job on the clean up! I have used Smitty’s Tree service 3 times. Once to remove a very large tree pushing in my brick garage wall. They rescued the day and saved me many dollars by carefully removing the tree. I only needed to do a small brick wall repair.

Recently I had trees removed, that were in danger of falling on my driveway. The crew came and made sure to correct the problem. The crew was outstanding, respectful of my property and treated me as a valued customer. A week later, the stump grinder came and completed the process of tree trimming and removal. I was well pleased.

Smitty's Tree Service did an excellent job in clearing my yard of a pear tree that was dead, another tree that was dead, and cleaned up all the weeds growing along the fence in the alley! Excellent job! You will not be sorry you used them to remove any trees in your yard. And.... they were done in a day! I give them 5 stars and highly recommend.
