Great service! Talked with Sean sent pictures of my mold issue. He gave me a quote and then Raul and his team came out and took care of it. His team was great, cleaned everything up after the visit. Little mold was missed, I called Sean and in 2 days the team was back and took care of it. Thank you

We had a water main break and flooded the entire first floor of the hotel. When the Servpro team arrived they began immediately (after getting a signature of course) and began the clean up. They did a fantastic job and very organized about it. I wish I knew all of their names because they all deserve recognition for a job well done. Some that I do remember is Jonathan, Sergio and Fernando, but again, the whole team deserves to know that they did a great job and we are very thankful.

Great service from Servpro! Our insurance company recommended Servpro to us since we got water damage to a lot of areas of our home from a pipe that burst when it was freezing outside. Alex called us, set up a consultation & promptly arrived within 45 minutes. He started working as soon as he got here along with his team that arrived shortly after. They were all very professional, nice & knew what they were doing. Which is great because this is all nerve racking when you don’t know what to do when damage happens to your house. We’re really glad to have professionals working on our home & fixing everything that needs fixing. 10/10 service!

Alex at Servpro and his team did an absolutely wonderful job with our mitigation. They were speedy, kind, efficient, and very clean. Most importantly they were very understanding as I have a dog and working in an office so scheduling is a bit tough. They’re also very respected by and respectful of high-rise buildings and management, and also the owners own property, they treat it like their own And give it the utmost care.

I called in the late afternoon on Wednesday, April 2 to request assistance because I had a sewage back up in my finished basement. I spoke to a perfectly nice person on the phone who took the details I shared that there was a small amount of sewage throughout the entirety of my basement. Not a lot of standing water, but everything was wet… my furniture, my floor, my rug, and she took my information and told me that the people who arranged the service would be in contact soon. Soon has an interesting definition because I heard from them today, which is Friday, April 11. I don’t know about you, but I’m not gonna let sewage stand in my house and damage my belongings for a week and a half without addressing it, so Servpro did not earn my business and I’d think carefully about calling them in these situations.

I really appreciated the professionalism and easy going communication that the SERVPRO Team demonstrated during my time of need. Both Cino and Diana proved to have knowledge, leadership, and compassion while dealing with my situation. Their team also had the go getter attitude when attacking my problem which was greatly appreciated. I also would like to thank Tamika who arranged for the team to come to my residence. They arrived quickly and didn't stop until the task was completed. Once again Thanks to the SERVPRO professional for making my problem a less chaotic.

The ceiling, walls, and rug, in my basement had been destroyed due to a frozen water pipe. The team had to take down part of the ceiling, two walls, the padding, and the tile in the bathroom. They had a very large job to do and they did it excellently.

I would definitely use their services again and recommend to anyone in the area!

OMG SERVPRO to the rescue!! My basement flooded during a bad storm July 25-2025 in Chicago, Garfieldridge neighborhood it was Horrible!! Servpro was called & came the next day. Jesus is Amazing! & his crew! Jesus was so understanding, compassionate. He reassured me that they were going 2 handle everything and that me & my families safety was his priority. I was informed on everything that needed 2 be done. I don't know what I've would have done without SERVPRO, Jesus & the crew!! Carlos and his team have been with us every step of the way since we experienced a devastating flood. They arrived almost as soon as the building managed to get the water off and had cleared standing water and set up industrial fans to limit the spread of damage. Since then they have helped us to pack up and store our belongings, disposed of damaged furniture, removed carpets, arranged for asbestos testing and more. I feel like we are in very good hands. Carlos is a great communicator, very professional, but also calming as we sort through this mess. He has answered all our questions and done a great job of coordinating with both the building and the insurance company. The entire team has been responsive, efficient and polite.

Bath tub overflow. Khalilah was wonderful through the process. Answered questions throughly, and kept in contact through the whole process. I appreciate her customer service during time that can be overwhelming.
