Thank you to Rocco, Chad and Courtney at the Garden Shop in the Alsip store. I drove pass a closer store because this garden center always has better product and now I know they also have OUTSTANDING customer service as well. I bought some BIG conifers. Rocco was so helpful and patient loading my carts. Courtney was great at making sure I got all the correct prices. And when I said, it will fit in my car, Rocco didn't believe me, but was like, hey let's try. And with Chad's help it all fit. It was close! Poor Chad was just walking by and half kidding I said, wana help, and he was all in! Rocco took extra care to wrap and tape items. Everyone was so pleasant and professional; I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

This company is stellar from their receptionists to the landscapers. They are professional, kind and understanding!

Terrible they trimmed shrubs and left trimming behind also shrub was not completely trimmed I called office to address issue and they newer responded also terrible with snow removal, not showing up in time.

THEY RAN OVER MY DOG LEASH LAYING ON MY SIDEWALK ATTACHED TO MY PORCH, HIT MY CAR (WHICH ISNT A CHEAP, INEXPENSIVE CAR)! THEY ALSO HAD THE NERVE TO TAKE THE EVIDENCE AND NOT EVEN LEAVE ME A NOTE OR ANYTHING SAYING SORRY, EXPECTED ME NOT TO NOTICE WHEN I GOT HOME!!!!! OWNER DOESNT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

I like in Oakhills at 7920 W Lakeview Ct. Palos Height, IL. You’re employees block not only my driveway, but also the senior citizens driveways who live here. They even leave left over product and tree limbs on the driveway. It repeatedly happens no matter how often they are asked by my association and the police to stop. It is disrespectful. Please control you workers before I need to escalate this situation to the town and Congress. I have taken pictures if you want proof.

William Quinn and Son’s have worked on my home numerous times. They have always been professional and delivered great quality items. They have alway been a great resource for my family and friends when it comes to ideas in landscaping.

While the landscaping crew is generally courteous and hardworking, the company’s management is unprofessional, argumentative, and unwilling to take responsibility for ongoing quality issues.

Despite repeated requests to address basic maintenance concerns, the manager routinely blames employees and residents instead of resolving the problems. This lack of accountability has created unnecessary frustration and eroded trust.

Our subdivision previously ended its relationship with this company for the same reasons, and unfortunately, nothing has changed since their return. The quality of work remains below standard, and communication is poor.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone who expects reliability, professionalism, or respect for their property.

We had Cathy from Quinn come out in late March, early April to get a plan and a quote for landscaping our front lawn. She said she would send a plan and then ghosted us. I contacted Lisa in the office in May, told her we had never heard back from Cathy. She said that was not like Cathy but would not give me a date on when we could expect to hear back. I have given up. Why not just tell me the truth, if you can’t do the job no problem. I have wasted a month and a half trying to get my lawn redone. Poor customer service, beware!

Had several quotes for completing the landscaping and patio at my home. Couldn’t be happier with William Quinn & Sons. Not only was the quality even better than expected, but the communication and recommendations throughout the process were great! Have and will continue to highly recommend.

William Quinn and Son designed and built our back patio. We are in love with it! We always host and everyone compliments the space. Neighbors that we have never met have even peaked over our fence and asked to come over. We have hosted several birthday parties and neighborhood get-togethers (we even named one of them "Crescent Park Lady Fest"). We enjoy morning mimosas or coffee, BBQ’s, play dates, evening movies on the projector, and some amazing get-togethers. The pictures hardly speak for themselves. One of the things I really like about the design is the perimeter wall. It adds some extra seating if we have a larger party, which is really nice! William Quinn and Son were very easy and pleasant to work with. They were quick with design options and ideas and quick with completing the project. A wonderful company to work with!

Sonic which I'm a manager at uses them and I just picked up leafs from like 2years ago it's my best guess because it was moldy and stinky and decomposing

Angel landscaping did a decorative retaining wall on my property and it looks amazing. The price was fair, they used high quality materials and the job was completed on time with no extra charges. I discussed with Angel exactly what I wanted and that what he and his crew gave me. I would recommend this Landscaping company to family and friends.
