Reviews of local pros in Alsip, Illinois

The team worked quickly and diligently to help us with the cleanup from our water issue. Sinoe helped up map out what we needed and then Diana and her crew took care of the remediation. Couldn’t be happier!

Jose and his team did an excellent remediation job for our kitchen condo due to a roof leak. They were polite, on time, and kept us informed throughout the demolition/remediation process. They took great care with our belongings and made sure we were as comfortable as possible during this stressful situation. Thanks for all you and your crew do!

1.9.2026 Alex came out to do the inspection after we received flood damage in our home and he was kind and patient with my rambunctious boys. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing without issue. He was knowledgeable and fast which was appreciated since I had been up all night cleaning up flood water. Alex and his team was great. I would recommend them to loved ones.

Diana was very professional and courteous about everything. Especially her knowledge of the overall situation with plumbers as well. Diana and her team has done a great job with the clean-up. I really appreciate everything you have no idea!!

Nancy was amazing walked me through the whole process tackling every roadblock that popped up from the insurance company and really fought on my behalf to make sure they did not take advantage and short us as they were trying to do before I retained AND’s services…we are very grateful and would absolutely recommend her and her company I will never go through a claim without them again! Thank you Nancy!

I Cannot say enough great things about ANDUSA roofing. Professionalism and honesty from our first intial consulation appointment. I dealt with Bill, the owner and his field supervisor, Tony. They were straight forward and always kept us in the loop. Great communication! Their team was prompt, got the job done and cleaned up very well! I will be referring to anyone who needs a roof! We couldn't be any more satisfied with our roof! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Company is highly recommended
Worked with Jake and he handled my claim flawlessly. From start to finish. The crew was great and thorough with their work.
Kept are clean and clean up was like they were not even here.
Call them for any roofing, siding or gutter issues.

BRUTAL! Was lied to by the sales rep and the adjuster. Workers left roofing nails on roof so every time on a windy day you had to watch where you were walking. Stepped on 4 of them over the days. Had to be careful with dogs going out as one stepped on a nail. Worker cut the cable to satellite and threw the satellite into the dumpster 2 min before leaving! Added cost by putting gutters on a garage that didnt even have any.. ALL THEY ARE IS STORM CHASERS! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM. PLENTY OF PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE OUT THERE TO TRUST!
