We had a fire system trip in a commercial building. Unbelievable amount of water. Sean, Ezekiel, Sergio all showed up within a half hour with a small army and absolutely killed it. VERY thorough cleaning, and no part of the job was too small - everything was way better than they found it. Can’t recommend enough

These guys are the Best. Unfortunately my luck is not as such. I’ve needed these guys 3x ! First, a raccoon made a nest in the wall of my basement! Frank and his team came in and restored my basement! Then a few years later my home caught on fire. I called a Frank before the fire department even left ! His team is intelligent, trustworthy, and respectful! They walked me through the complicated insurance process answering any and all question! And just recently I accidentally overflowed my bathtub🤦🏻‍♀️ Even in the middle of everyone’s basement flooding Frank sent his team out to help me with in hours of my call. These people are a class act ! Frank and Pat have put together the most wonderful team. I would recommend ServPro Oak Lawn to everyone !!! Simply the best !

I had some water damage due to a toilet overflowing from the third floor of my house into my basement. My State Farm Insurance Agent recommended I call Servpro in Oak Lawn. Within an hour Chris was at my house to check out the water damage and shortly thereafter had a crew of guys out to begin work. I was extremely impressed throughout the entire process and was thoroughly explained everything they did. Chris and his team made a horrible experience bearable and I am thankful my agent recommended that I call them! I will definitely be recommending Servpro Oak Lawn to my family and friends. Collin, Nora, Tony, and Oswaldo were courteous and helpful. They get five stars!!! My contractors were slow, forgetful, threw things away like light fixtures, instruction manuals and warranties, even remodeled an entire bathroom on top of floors they were being paid to replace without ever touching them. When confronted about. The reply was “Ah simple mistake”. Then, Instead of going back and replacing the tiles as was the original plan. They opted to simply regrout the existing tiled floor, complete with the broken tiles….. Since they were already three months behind schedule. Yet still expected to recieve the majority of the money quoted for replacing the tiles. They were polite and courteous but the the work was sub-par.

They were paid extra to install three custom doors that don’t lay flush against the wall. When asked why, they responded that the walls arent straight. THEY built the walls. Neither the head contractor nor his partner took value in this job and it shows.

Diana and her team assisted in last weeks flooding in Westlawn, they are professional and mindful of people’s personal items, they followed my direction and gave clear next step instructions.

I was refered to ServPro. I spoked with Terry, he came to my house within a day or two.. After, Terry asset the damage, Nora & her crew were directed to my house. They were informative, detailed, organized, etc. I would highly recommend Terry (ServPro) & Nora, (her crew) to my friends & family for their services.

Our basement flooded. The recent rains were too much for our sump pump. I called Servpro and figured it might be a bit of a wait. The lady that took my call was super friendly and kind! After calls to and from the insurance company, I called back to ask them if they could get started when they were able to come out. They were at my door at 8:45 ready to go! (my appt was for 9:00) They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! The told me what needed to be taken care of and in a matter of a couple hours, seriously, it might have been 3 hours, (they worked quickly!) all damages were removed from our basement, water was gone, and their machines (fans, dehumidifier, air cleaner) were set up and running. I can't thank them enough! Great Job and Great Staff! True Lifesavers!

Servpro of Oak Lawn came out today to collect equipment and inspect for any remaining moisture. Ms. Kiki and her crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and punctual. They took pictures of the damage for me, talked me through their process and what they would leave behind. I felt I was relaxed and did not get worked up about the damage AND I learned a few things. I will use this company again and I give them 5 stars!

We had 4 inches of water in our basement after power went out on Wednesday. SERVPRO OF OAK Lawn were amazing. They removed soaked carpet and pad and took it way. They cleaned and sanitized the floor. They made feel so much better knowing that it was cleaned the correct way. I recommend Oak Lawn Servpro for all your clean up needs

Had significant water coming into my basement. Called multiple times to get someone to come out. Was transferred to the national call center who also could not get in touch with the technician. Was finally able to leave a voice mail for the technician directly on their cell phone... no returned call. It's been 19 hours. Went with Roto Rooter who sent out a plumber and disaster recovery specialist within 3 hours of my first call. Wouldn't recommend Servpro if you need someone in a timely manner which is their whole business model.

Sergio and the crew were AMAZING! They came ASAP when we had an emergency at our cafe. He and the crew came in and got the job done as quickly as possible and we were back up and running in no time. 10/10. Would recommend for anyone. Thanks guys!

I had a fire in my office, on the eve of the Super Bowl, and leaving out of town on vacation on Valentines day. The fire was contained, however, the soot, smoke, and carryover, permeated our whole house. My wife and I were in shock and at a lost with regards to what to do next.
Terry,(SERPRO) my initial contact who met me, at my home, was referred to us from Allstate. During our meeting, details of the restoration was explained to me, while reassuring me that everything will be OK. We were totally stressed.
Believe me, I had doubts. I figured that there would be some cleaning, but nothing like I expected. The cleaning to me, met hospital standards. My wife and I were amazed at the depth of their work. Each day, Nora and her team were on time and organized, moving like a well oiled machine. The crew cleaned everything, every item, in our home. Our house looks brand new on the inside. We rebuilt our home 20 years ago, with several upgrades since.

Sergio H and his crew were here early Sunday to start the restoration process in our home. They were courteous, professional , hard working and knowledgeable. Sergio addressed our every concern and patiently answered our many questions. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Hubert was the project manager on my restoration project. Due to a busted pipe I had to redo my bathroom and basement. He was quick to respond to questions I had and finding answers to my questions even when I left after hours messages. He guided me through the project and was very patient with my requests. Any item I wanted redone or changed was taken care of quickly as well. I felt that my project was important to them and they worked hard at making sure I was completely satisfied with my mitigation, pack out, pack back, floors, bathroom counters and vanity, bath tile work and linen closet! Due to the project, I had to have someone come out to clean my vents and when they pulled the covers off they scratched/chipped my newly painted walls. Even though it wasn’t Servpro that caused the damage, they still came out to repair it as a courtesy for me. I am glad I chose Servpro and recommend them to anyone!

I was very impressed with my experience with SERVPRO. I was given a list of companies to call to deal with a flooding issue that affected the ceiling of my unit. Servpro was the second company I called and glad they ended up being the ones who were able to help in this situation. Everyone did such a great job of communicating, scheduling and coordinating that it made for a seamless experience. Chris G. and his crew did an amazing job of protecting my space and containing where they were working. John, Kiki, and another young man came in after the space had dried and collected all the equipment quickly and efficiently. It is such a stressful situation that I hope no one finds themselves in but I can say these crews provided such peace of mind and made this such a pleasant experience considering the circumstances.

The ServPro team has been working on the extensive cleanup of significant water damage to my home for two days. They are very thorough and professional. Special thanks to Manager Sinoe, who carefully took pictures and kept me well informed of the entire process. He answered all of my questions and detailed the complete timeline of events. Project Manager Eddie is also very thorough and helpful. They vacuumed and immediately removed all of the damaged drywall, baseboards, insulation, carpet, etc. and placed them in black plastic bags in the driveway, and took pictures of the bags before hauling them away. The ServPro team has really been outstanding in helping us through this terrible ordeal!

ServPro, led by Supv Diana, did a phenomenal job at my home this week, following recent storms in the area. The team arrived in less than 24 hrs. of making the appointment. Alex Matt Fernando Jorge & Jesus have been helping a lot during a process we’re going through. Alex is easy to get ahold off which is great especially when you’re waiting on your insurance to get something done. They went above and beyond to make sure our house was protected from any nasty stuff while the plumbers came in to fix some stuff.
