Our buried pipeline from the sump pump outlet to the drainage area in the far back yard was plugged. It was a couple decades old and the old corrugated pipe was crushed in at least one place. Ever Seal came out and did some measurements and assessment of the back yard, and then provided us with a price estimate. It was reasonable and he said they hand dig and won't damage our sprinkler system. Another company told me that they use a trenching machine and that I'd have to hire a sprinkler company to be there the same day to repair sprinkler pipes the trenching machine would rip through. That was over the top in my mind! Years ago I had hired Ever Seal at another location for a smaller job and they did excellent work for a fair price. They did that again here today! Everyone I spoke with, including the workers who did the digging and pipe laying, was knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I highly recommend them!

We moved into a 100 year old house with fairly high groundwater levels last summer. There was an existing perimeter drainage system and sump pump in the basement, but after a few rainstorms it was clear that the existing system was not up to the task.

We received quotes from three firms, including Everseal. They were competitive, but definitely the most thorough. The job was complex - new perimeter drain, concrete removal and replacement, an external drain for outside stairs, new sump and ejector pumps, battery backup, PVC wall lining to direct wall penetrating water to the perimeter drains, footings for 3 columns, and outside drains to direct water from downspouts away from the house foundation.

The team really did a great job-it took nearly two weeks, and I watched things carefully (couldn’t help it, I’m a water engineer (seriously!)). I have already recommended Everseal to a neighbor and they did a great job for them as well. This is a seriously good company that does excellent work in challenging situations.

Yall are working in bluffton indiana 8/20/24 you guys take your time Block people in their driveways you have some nice workers but the others are very rude and just sit there and not work it shouldn't take months on months to get stuff done I mean come on people get it done

An actual garbage company. These guys are garbage people and I don't mean the kind that collect your refuse.... They are parked in my front yard all 4 wheels in my grass. For absolutely zero reason. Uneducated rejects that sit on buckets and smoke all day wasting government money.

I didn't even call them out! They are working on an abandoned house next to me! They have an entire yard/driveway/in front of the house in yet They park in front of my house blocking my driveway!!!

They think it’s ok to block your driveway and completely trap you in with no warning, even if they aren’t working on your house.

They were on my property on the date of 5/30 2:15pm and opened my down spout. I didn’t even request services from this company. I also have video footage of them walking on my front porch. At least ask before you decide to just put signs and take measurements on a neighbor property. This was in the Clifton Heights area by Hoppy’s Self service.

Nothing like sitting in your own house, getting doused with water through and open window and then without saying a word having the person who did it flip you the bird and threaten you with more water. Way to go city of Toledo employing the best of the ok as always...
