WOW, Brian Olson what amazing service you gave our family. Our Mya (dog) came down with a major illness. I made a phone call to Brian. He stopped everything he was doing, pick up a truck and came out to our home in Campton Hills. I showed him our concerns and mentioned we were hosting a dinner party that evening. He went to work cleaning rugs, runners and even our marble floor. Even took one of our area rugs back to the shop for more intense cleaning. WOW, WOW, WOW you saved the dinner party and exceeded our expectations! Thanks for an amazing job Brian!

Poor experience - My basement flooded and I used this company to do restoration. My insurance company went over the charges and was able to reduce charges that the restoration company made in error. Spectrum removed drywall that was not wet and I had to pay to have it replaced. They did not clean up after themselves and left a lot of debris on the floor. Not impressed!

Have used Spectrum on multiple occasions for carpet cleaning and a flooded basement and there service is outstanding. I have always been very satisfied and never disappointed with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Brian and his crew at Spectrum Restoration were outstanding! My white grout looks BRAND NEW!!! Not only did they do a fantastic job, you can't even tell they stepped a foot here. I would recommend them for tile and grout cleaning in a heart beat.

Used Spectrum to help when my basement flooded. Happy to give them the VERY highest recommendation: they were here SO quickly, first class people, an amazing array of equipment, incredibly helpful, considerate of my belongings, beautiful results. Seemingly small things matter: it was several hours before I went upstairs and saw all of their equipment in my driveway. More importantly, they realized that their hoses and other equipment had to come through my foyer, around a very large, antique cabinet. They had wrapped the whole front of it so that none of their hoses or equipment came anywhere near my furniture! I hope you never need their Restoration services, but if you do, I can't imagine calling anyone else. First Class work from First Class people!

On a Friday evening, we discovered that a water line on the top floor had burst in a house that we were ready to sell, and all three floors of the house were flooded. We were distraught after doing so much work to prepare the house. Cory Hanson, President of Spectrum, came that evening to begin to dry out the house. Over the next 10 days, his crew dehumidified and baked the house, removed what was destroyed, and made every effort to salvage the vintage details (house was built in 1927). They did a fabulous job, not only in tending to the house, but also in helping us cope with the situation. I highly recommend Spectrum Restoration Services.

Hired them for heavy duty cleaning and furniture removal. Very helpful, efficient, and professional workers. Jason was a great project manager that kept me informed and always answered my questions. Would highly recommend and will use their services in the future in a heartbeat.

Came within hours of calling for service, even on an already very busy day for them. Were able to start right on the first day and finish setting up the next morning. Good Faith estimate was so much more reasonable than other quote I got from another company earlier in the day. Did a great, thorough job and no hidden costs above the estimate. My experience started out stress free and remained so throughout the service. My initial call was to Cory, through a referral from Bryan Reifsteck(Aftermath Services, LLC.) Cory was very professional and personable and set up an appointment immediately.

Derek and Justyn responded to my house, assessed the situation and discussed the damage and options available to me. Both men were professional and personable, a true testament to a great company and great people. Everything was explained to me in detail and was included in the decision making. They also used progressive and non evasive technology(Thermal Imager) to detect levels of moisture in the affected areas to minimize deconstruction.

Once Spectrum's physical service was completed, I was given referrals for the rebuild of the damage from the water. They also submitted their invoice directly to insurance. Allison called and let me know billing was complete. At my request, Derek responded to my house to to pick up final payment.

From the initial call to Billing, Spectrum and its employees exemplified client satisfaction, best business practices and both a professional and personable demeanor that was above and beyond my expectations.

I highly recommend their company and services to anyone who wants a stress free and seamless experience.

Unfortunately, I felt like they were just trying to take advantage of us. Had them come out to give a quote. They wanted $4000-5000 for a small bit of water coming in due to the extreme weather. What would we get for this outrageous price? A couple of high speed fans and dehumidifiers for 3 days - and of course a 'report'.
Used another, highly rated company and the cost was $500. They are also using high speed fans and dehumidifiers. No 'report' just the readings and facts.

After posting my initial review I did receive a call from the owner. Based on that call I did adjust this rating and added the comments below to reflect our conversation.
During our conversation, the owner was polite. At no time did he ask or try to persuade me to make any changes to the review. To one of his points, we did not use this company based on the initial estimate so the rating does not reflect the quality of their work. It reflects our experience and willingness to use or recommend them based on an estimate we were given for work that we told him we felt was excessive.

On the positive side - when I called they came out right away, and arrived they said they would. The owner told me he re-arranged their schedules to accommodate us. The initial visit and estimate is free - which is another bonus.

Spectrum Restorations is top notch. All the employees are always polite. They show up promptly in uniform no matter what time of day Including the middle of the night.
They are are go to company for all of our water and fire restoration needs.
I am always pleased with their work.

Had a great experience with Spectrum! We had carpets cleaned in the entire house. They were prompt, thorough and had great attention to detail. I definitely will be a repeat customer!
