In all that time they have kept everything maintained, and because of this all the equipment is running as well as it was when first installed. My House Air Conditioning wasn't working when I got up yesterday morning. Called Guaranteed Mechanical at 7:30am and they found a way to come to my house by 2:30 pm. Chris investigated and was Able to resolve the problem (burnt off lead on the Start-Up Capacitor), by installing a new Start-Up Capacitor and fixing the wiring. I was Lucky my Compressor still good.

The removal of the obsolete air conditioning units in our member clubroom was done very professionally and on time. The technicians repositioned furniture moved during the removal process and cleaned the area before leaving. We are very satisfied.

I felt they were very prompt, friendly, and honest. Chris did a thorough job of cleaning our furnace, and double checking everything to make sure everything was good and working well before leaving. I definitely recommend them!

I recently hired Guaranteed Mechanical to install a new A/C and furnace. The technicians where prompt and professional. Joe and Chris, the service techs were engaging and very detail oriented in the installation, and did a great job with clean up. Our system works wonderfully, and I am so pleased at the job they did. I highly recommend these guys for your HVAC needs!

Guaranteed Mechanical is great! Tony answered the phone right away and was able to get his team out first thing the next morning for our office's broken A/C unit! The team was here on time, and you can tell they were very honest. As a business, we had two other companies come out and provide quotes on repair and not only was Guaranteed Mechanical accurate but they had the best, most reasonable pricing. Would recommend them to anyone.

Walker did a great job! Was able to troubleshoot the issue with the AC not cooling quickly and fixed it! Yesterday was record breaking heat index of 105-110 degrees . We were cooled off in no time. I am posting on behalf of Fischer Building and Remodeling Inc.

Chandler came out the same day our AC went out when it was in the high 80's. Tony and his crew are the best at what they do and take great care of their customers. Highly recommend!

Recently had my furnace shut down during a cold spell. Guarenteed Mechanical arrived early the next morning and I was very happy wih the visit. The tech was very friendly and knowledgable. Excellent service.

Mark came out the same day we had a heat wave this past May and repaired our AC. He did such a professional job, we had him out this fall to inspect our furnace. Mark is very thorough and explained everything he was doing with furnace maintenance.

The guy has horrible communication skills. Don’t call him if your house has no air and pipes are frozen cuz he will tell you to take a hair dry to it and he’ll come back… recommend if you hate the person your giving his number too. Again this is your job. Your job is to get peoples heat and air working. That’s called work. Mark owns this business. If this is how he does business he must not be making money.

That’s right I’m not I rent. You should have told him to come and stand there with a blow drier. If he’s not paying you enough well that’s again your problem. You’re not a recommending company. You’re someone that takes easy jobs.

Mark Fara is the best person to call for anything heating or AC related. He's trustworthy and fair. He will never price gouge and he knows what he's doing. His rates are extremely reasonable. Because he lives close by, he has also been helpful with other odds and ends jobs.

He has saved me hundreds of dollars (if not more) by helping with:
1. Installing a hot water heater
2. Assembling a treadmill
3. Oiling / opening a stuck metal mailbox
4. Taking calls when I blow a fuse and helping me figure out how to restore power
5. Setting up mouse traps in my attic
6. Replacing a bathroom fan

Mark rocks. I highly recommend him for HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Mark is the best! He calls me to schedule maintenance and is readily available to work on any issues. He is a nice guy that would do what is right.
