Zachary and his team are truly outstanding! Over a span of approximately two decades, we've had two Trane furnaces installed by them, with the latest installation being quite recent. We experienced several issues with the old humidifier. However, Zachary was always ready to lend a helping hand and share his wisdom. With our latest furnace, they opted for a different style of humidifier, which has been hassle-free and notably more efficient up until now. Their understanding and proficiency with Trane equipment is simply awe-inspiring. These guys have always been mindful of cleanliness and orderliness during their visits to service our Trane furnace. They never tread on the carpet without laying down cloths and wearing shoe covers, which we greatly appreciate. After the installation of our new furnace, we encountered an issue with the new thermostat malfunctioning. This resulted in the auxiliary heat running non-stop for about a month, which led to an astronomical electricity bill. Upon informing Zachary about the situation, he promptly came over to take a look. To our surprise, we were later refunded the cost of our electricity bill.
