Water heater was cleaned and had a new valve installed for main water shut off. The technician explained everything and made sure I understood. He was very knowledgeable and hard worker.

Gabe was awesome. He is very knowledgeable on many things. He explained everything so well. He was efficient, fast and very understanding as we are a younger couple who just moved into our house. Our plans had changed prior to what we were previously going to get done and it was no problem. And on top of that, we ran into an unexpected leak and Gabe was able to fix it right away before he installed our new kitchen faucet. Overall we are very satisfied with our service. Gabe seemed very honest and hardworking. Though Anderson’s service may be a bit pricey, you really do get what you pay for. We also signed up with Gabe for their annual membership service. Looking forward to working with you guys again.

I started off with an estimate by texting and sending pictures in the morning and having water heater installed on same day.Very nice people and knowledgeable . They answered all my questions. Cleaned up after job was done and a great price for the service. Both gentleman were great. Extremely happy with the service.

I had a fantastic experience with Cameron from Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Cooling! From start to finish, Cameron was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He arrived on time, took the time to clearly explain the issue, and walked me through the repair options without any pressure.

Once again, I needed to call Andersen Plumbing Heating on a "semi" emergency basis. We left a message on Sunday and 1st thing Monday morning we received a call. We explained the issue and Adrian and Morgan kept us informed with an expected time for a service call. By noon, Gaetano was here and ready to install a new water heater. Thank you to all at Andersen Plumbing that was involved. A quick install, area cleaned up, a very reasonable price! You can't get better service than that!

First time using Andersen and my experience was great! It was somewhat of an emergency concerning a small gas leak that Nicor that I contacted them for and they had 2 plumbers over in 30 minutes after my call. Sean and Ron were very pleasant to deal with, explained everything before they did it. I will definitely be using them moving forward for my HVAC and plumbing service needs.

We had a maintenance check done on our furnace and Jacob from Anderson Heating and Plumbing went above and beyond all expectations! He was extremely thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Sean Bell & Evan did an amazing job unblocking our sewage line while keeping our basement clean and safe from overflow. They also improved the work previously done by another company to allow us to seal off our in-floor cleanout so we can better finish our floors.

On top of all of that, they saved us money and gave us good advice/quotes on future projects that I'm going to make sure they come back to complete.

Please heed my advice; Don't waste your time/money with other companies. Get the job done professionally the first time with Andersen (and ask for Sean & Evan).

Joe Harkins was our rep and he was absolutely amazing. It can be very daunting for first time homeowners to be told that you may have to potentially fix two toilets and the floors because they are horrendously old and causing internal damage. But if there is such a thing as plumber bedside manners then Joe did a great job of that! He guided us through exactly what we needed to do and related to us in a way that helped us tremendously. Great people person, great at finding out issue quickly and coming up with a viable solution would highly recommend

Antonio did an awesome job. They both were very prompt, courteous, informative and extremely efficient. I wasvery pleased with the work and the price was very fair. I am the property manager for this business and Anderson will be my go to company. Also I will use them in the future for my personal home.

Had an annual furnace inspection completed. Kyle was excellent, took the time to explain exactly what he was checking, why he was checking it and why it mattered. He was extremely thorough and didn’t rush to get done and get out. No pressure, just the facts. Awesome!!!!! Highly recommend this company and Kyle specifically. Thanks, job well done!

This company is amazing. They do great work and everyone I have spoken to (which is quite a few!) has been super friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Cameron who did a great job installing a new boiler in my ancient house. They got me on the schedule right away so I could have heat during a very cold week. I have only positive things to say about this company!

After research and word of mouth referrals, I decided to call Andersen for several projects. Scheduled furnace maintenance - Kyle was thorough, detailed and polite. He took the time to explain everything along with options.
Very upfront and honest with information.
Vinny then came out to inspect and quote for new furnace. Again, amazing - not pushy or hard sell - just detailed on best options for my home.

Antonio and Ron were fantastic. They arrived with a friendly attitude and diagnosed the issue right away. The problem was fixed within minutes, and their professionalism and kindness made the whole experience stress‑free. I truly appreciated their help. A great service call from start to finish!

Joe came in, assessed the situation and made a recommendation to repair a broken pipe. He was professional, efficient, personable, and (most important) really good at his job. The pipe was repaired, the area left cleaner than when he started, and all at the original, agreed upon price. Would absolutely recommend Andersen for any plumbing needs!

We had an issue with our furnace on a Sunday night and I reached out to Chad Anderson. He responded immediately and got me connected with dispatch that same night. A service technician, Kyle, was out by 10:00 the next morning.

Kyle was beyond helpful — truly amazing. He explained the entire process, answered every question I had, and had our heat up and running in no time. He came across as extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I was honestly blown away by the level of service from start to finish.

Last night, I noticed water on the floor, looked like it was coming up from under the vinyl flooring. I called Andersen this morning and they got me scheduled for a quick service call and within an hour Joe Harkins showed up quickly identified the problem provided a reasonable estimate. Did an amazing job, completing the work cleaned up explained what was done step-by-step and was very communicative and professional throughout the entire visit I am ecstatic that I found Andersen plumbing and will be using them again in the future. I truly appreciate the professional and honest response and action that Joe was able to provide. Similar to the dentist Plumbing could be an a scary experience however Joe via Andersen Plumbing made it more comfortable and took the stress out. Thanks again for all you do.

Our water heater started leaking and was done for. Called Andersen and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Erin could not have been nicer when I called just to inquire about costs and services. She was knowledgeable, informative and it didn't feel like she was trying to sell me on something or trying to persuade me to go with them as I was up front in telling her I was shopping around. She truly cared to help us get our issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Once we decided to go with Anderson, we had the pleasure of having Nate and Tyler working on our water heater and putting in a replacement. They were extremely knowledgeable, personable, efficient, thorough, hard working and just awesome. They answered all of our questions, even about other areas that we plan to call Andersen about in the future. I truly cannot say enough about them. They went above and beyond and truly showed they care about the quality of their work which seems to reflect the culture at Andersen. We have found our plumbing and HVAC company and cannot recommend them enough! THANK YOU!!!!

We also had Jon and Jacob out to look at our furnaces for our free inspection with our memberships (one for each HVAC as we have two). They were also excellent. They were thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. The cost seems higher for areas that need attention however, I still recommend them. THANK YOU!

Another 5 star experience with Andersen. Jon Z and Jacob were great. They did a fantastic job explaining everything clearly so I can understand what is going on with my furnace. No pushy sales tactics at all, just clear concise information. I am very happy that I found them and signed up for the annual service, well worth the money and piece of mind.
