Double kitchen sinks drain was plugged. Antonio and Zach were professional and thorough in checking out the problem and explaining the options. I chose the most affordable option and they were able to clear the drain. They informed me it might be a temporary solution and a more thorough cleaning of the drain pipe may be needed later on.

Fantastic service and experience. I believed to have a leaking pipe that was causing some basement flooding. It turned out to be an appliance issue. Jim and his apprentice were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They arrived in a timely manner and helped me diagnose the issue right away. Nate Y. and Dylan came to the house today to fix a leak in the plumbing of our redone bathroom. They did a great job diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed in a couple of hours. He was here on time and install the furnace in a few hours. Once completed walked us through everything we needed to know. They came out the same day we called. Once we determined we needed a new furnace they were able to installed the very next day. Great service.

Sam Griffiths (Your Technician) was able to stop an annoying rattling sound from my furnace. He was able to find 2 pieces of plastic from my old humidifier that found it's way into the motor of the new furnace. When he arrived there was no sound coming from the furnace but he believed me and found the problem. I am delighted with the excellent service that you have provided me.

August 2025: Replaced our “Home Depot special” battery-backup sump pump with a Glentronics Pro Series 2400. 2,400 GPH at 10 ft lift, 12-V maintenance-free battery. Nate and Danny were great — personable and professional. Great job and added peace of mind. Five stars as usual.

June 2024: Used Andersen to replace our furnace and air conditioner, plus humidifier, media filter, and thermostat. Jon, Trevor and Alex worked a full day on it. They are courteous, knowledgeable, hardworking, and thorough. The team did a great job with everything, cleaned up and hauled away all old equipment. Was invoiced as quoted and new Lenox equipment works phenomenal. Extremely pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Joe and Even came.out to install my new water heater. All of the copper was installed beautifully and organized so future work will be easier. They brought the system from the last contractor up to code as well. Good guys and their upbeat attitude made a less than ideal situation a delight. Andersen will continue to get my work.

Recommended repairs were explained clearly and Jon allowed ample opportunity for me to address any questions or concerns I might have regarding the findings. We had a team out from Andersen Plumbing yesterday at our new house and had a fantastic experience. We originally scheduled the appointment to install a Moen Flo device and get a quote for a backup sump pump in the future. However, the team gave us such great information, we ended up doing the sump pump install yesterday as well. We feel so much better knowing we're covered in case the power goes out. And the Moen Flo is such a cool little device. They set it up quickly, answered all my questions and were incredibly kind and clean as well. Would highly recommend!

P.S. Please note that we will not run the cord for the Flo device like this. We have an electrician coming out for a new outlet.

I reached out to Andersen because my home boiler wasn't working, and they were able to send a tech out the same day. Cam and Zach came to my home and were friendly and helpful, and were able to diagnose the issue. The repair needed parts to be ordered and they were upfront about timeline and pricing for the repair.

I had two 1/3hp sump pumps installed on 1/16/2026. I was charged $3980.27 for the service. I was badly in need for the service so, I got the work done. I believe it is fair price (since I didn’t have time to go for competitive pice shopping).
Technician Joe Harkins explained the work in detail, took time to provide answers to my questions. Both my wife and I were very happy with his professionalism.

Awesome service! Gaetano arrived on time and installed the gas line stop valve quickly and cleanly. He the returned to help with the installation of our new Commercial grade gas range.(which Home Depot refused to do) and did another excellent job!
