BIGGEST DISSPOINMENT - REAL REVIEW - The team was nice when they came to my house, main word is CAME, and then LOOKED MY PREGNANT WIFE UP AND DOWN (DISREPECTFUL) then after going through 3 holes in my house as you see in the pics, they could not figure out the problem. Finally i called them back stating it maybe the filter on a shower handle, and i had an idea since I had a friend of mine who tried it, they DENIED it woudl be the issue at first, and at the end it was RIGHT! I called the owner back, and he blamed me for the extra charges, true POS plumber. Anyone reading this review, send me an email and i can tel you, these folks are FAKE!!!

Plumb it Best He’s been my go to since July 2023 for various plumbing and gas line jobs. I highly recommend them. They are reliable, professional, and very respectful. My first encounter was when I had sewer back up in July 2023. They came out on an emergency call that evening. I have had them back for numerous other jobs, including today to hook up a new gas line for my stove.

I 100% recommend them. They are the absolute best.

Our water heater safety valve broke and began pouring water out onto the floor. We called them really early in the morning and the owner tried to help us to fix the problem over the phone to save a service call. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable over the phone. They were able to respond within a couple of hours and fix the problem immediately. Very satisfied with their service and we plan to be, a loyal customer. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Very responsive and able to come out and do the job right away. They do a great job as well and their prices are competitive. They’ve done sump pump replacement, toilet replacement, and fixed a shower faucet handle. They’re my go to for any plumbing jobs

A++ - Unlike a lot of Chicago based numbers with fake local profiles you'll find on Google, this is a real local business that takes great pride in their services. I called late in the AM for an emergency plumbing repair for two toilets - their team shifted some things around, and was able to accommodate us, immediately fixing our issues.

The price was the best of the 3 companies I contacted. They sent two pros, both were respectful and took great care of my home and their work.

The crew was great fixed a bathroom Drain behind the wall.

Hi ya'all. I tired just about everything. Until James from Plumb it best, introduced, listened and informed me of what was needed. Communication and appointment setting was easy peasy. Kind and professional while completing the job. Overall I highly recommend :)

I've had Plumb It Best come out several times of the last few years, always with great results. The latest was a backed-up main sewer line, that they fixed within 90 minutes of me calling them.

Fast and courteous, the two gentleman did the job in about 15 minutes. They were very polite and courteous. I appreciate them getting us back online with hot water in a safe and efficient manner!

Of course I needed emergency on a Saturday. We had a plumber here within the hour and our issue fixed shortly there after. The cost of the service was reasonable and we were quoted the overtime charge before they sent out the plumber. Prompt, fixed the issue quickly I will call them for future work. Back to laundry for me :)

Our hall bathroom faucet suddenly quit working. Plumb-It Best had guys out a half hour after I called and fixed in anther half hour. Plus they took a look at a long-standing problem a handyman couldn't fix. Fixed in 10 minutes! Not often that I am happy after a service person leaves our house. We now have a plumber we will call for any future problems! Thank you Plumb It Best!

Found them a few years ago when just trying to find a local plumber with reliability for any future needed too. In the last couple years fortunately we’ve only needed to call for very small jobs. And Scott answers right away, and has a service thru quickly and with fair pricing.
This time around we had a bigger job, and it was easy again to get in touch with Scott.

it was evident our 19 year old water heater was on its last leg, and fortunately his team came by to check out the old one, and were able to replace it same day, and were in and out of here in about an hour. Now, they had an appointment reschedule, so luck was on our side for the “same day”, but nonetheless, everything was a breeze.

Have used Plumb It several times from emergency leaks in the wall to sump pumps and water heater replacement: They are always very responsive and able to get to your job quickly. Quality of work is top notch too - haven’t had a single issue with their work.

James and Alex did a great job installing 3 bathroom faucets and new shower fixture. They were very respectful of our home. They patiently answered our questions. They did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely call them again.

We had two toilets replaced on our second floor one included a bidet. They were actually able to come the day after I requested the service which was fantastic! Both toilets were installed with precision and look great. The guys cleaned up everything and even carried our old toilets outside for us. This is the second job we’ve had Plumb-It do and we’ve continued to have a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Water was pooling around the base of our toilet. I contacted this plumbing team right away. The technician resealed the base and checked everything carefully. The problem is completely gone now.
