Outstanding! They were able to get me in for something I needed urgently. The work was top quality and the people were great. I cannot thank them enough for how they treated the whole project right from my first phone call.

Bryan from MIchel's PLumbing came out today to repair the water valve for the main line coming into the house. He explained every step that he took and answered all of my questions. He did not waste time and the final bill was less than the orginal quote. The office was very helpful in getting it scheduled and confirming the time of arrival. It's nice to have an experience with a service company that delivers what they say they will do. I will use them for future plumbing needs!

I recently contacted Michels Plumbing about replacing a faucet handle in my shower. I sent an email to get an estimate and they replied within the day and I had an appointment scheduled very quickly. Brian came out to my place and had the old handle and shower cartridge removed and the new ones reinstalled very quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Michels Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs!

We've used Michels since I was a kid, and I still rely on them for our weird needs at our pharmacy, The Compounder. I was recently in a situation where I needed something uninstalled on a Friday and reinstalled on a Monday and they made it happen, no stress, no pressure. Cannot recommend them enough. And Brian is the greatest, and I owe him a taco or nine.

Michels has done several large jobs for us. While they're pricey... when they do something it's done right the 1st time! You get what you pay for which with Michels is professionalism, attention to detail, courtesy & cleanliness. Leon is awesome, through & detail oriented. They go above & beyond on customer service. They're the only plumbers we'll use!

Michels Plumbing installed a new water heater. Answered all of our questions and cost was reasonable. Great service, quality products, professional/knowledgeable plumbers. Highly recommended!

Recommended to us by an appliance repair person. Michel's went out of their way to fit us into their schedule, helped us chase a leak and fix it once and for all. Michels is by far the best plumbing service in the Aurora area! Brian did an incredible job with a challenging kitchen disposal installation. He redid piping, and now there's even more room than before in the cabinet under the sink & we now have a disposal! Michels is always right on time & provides updates on exact arrival time. Office staff is extremely helpful providing quotes or estimates via text messages. Prices are excellent! Definitely a 5 star plus company!

We have been using Michels Plumbing for over 20 years and they have always provided reliable and efficient plumbing work. Just had our sump pump replaced and a custom cover installed today. Looks great! Kyle the technician did an awesome job, very respectful, responsive and efficient. Great job!

Brian came out and cleaned out my sewer water line - I was previously told I needed a whole new sewer line $6000 from another company. Brian came out and removed all the mud and roots from the line!! I appreciate him taking the time and fixing my line!! Great great great great job!

Could you please thank everyone, as we truly appreciate you all. We have been working with Michels for maybe 15 years, and when things go wrong, we do not hesitate to call you all. Customer service is great, prices are honest, and we have always had an all-around excellent experience.

Kyle was quick to diagnose the problem, looked at other issues that could have caused the issue or could cause future issues, and recommended a solution. We, of course, took his advice.

Wonderful Company to rely for any plumbing need. Not only was the price reasonable there plumbers were exceptional. We had to remove old cast iron sewer lines and add additional drains for new washroom. Leon, Kyle and Brenan were on-site, attentive, courteous, with excellent workmanship. So happy I used them. Overall a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

I ran into some plumbing troubles today and had another company come out who took complete advantage of me. I was able to contact this company Plumb it who saved me money because the other company was still trying to charge me for things that didn’t need to be done. I am so grateful for this experience I learned a lot. I spoke with a man named Scott. He was awesome! Please use this company and leave them a review!

They were referred by a friend who said they were fantastic, I must totally agree! My basement sewer backed up Tuesday night, call the number my friend gave me around 6-6:30 in the morning because didn’t sleep well, and woke the man up. Thought I would get a answering service, nope, felt so bad but they are a 24hr service he told me right then as I apologized but said he would call me back right when they opened and he did. Gave me a window of between 12-4 and the guys were here before 12! Two nicest gentleman came in and cleaned out my sewer line with what was clogging it. Baby wipes! Definitely don’t flush them!!! Tell your KIDS don’t flush them, with in an hour. My husband and I were expecting our bill to be a lot more then it was and we were both so relieved when it wasn’t. The two gentlemen were so nice and respectful and not that I want anything to happen but I’m totally calling them again!!! Thank You for such great service!!!

They responded right away to my inquiry and we agreed for them to come out a couple of days later. James was very helpful. He immediately knew what to do and how to fix/ replace one of our outdoor bibs/spigots for the side yard. Fast, courteous and friendly. I would definitely use them again. Thank you

These guys are the BEST and the only plumbers I will use. They are friendly, work smart, and super honest. They just replaced my sump pump and they had the old out and new installed in about 30 minutes! They also helped and offered advice about other plumbing questions I had. All of this was completed without a hint of dirt and with complete respect for my home. Love this crew !

I really appreciate Scott and his guys. Scott has always made time for me if it’s an emergency, and also been helpful in telling me how to cope if his guys can’t make it over in the same day. They guys are friendly and respectful of our home. The costs have been clearly estimated and within the range of what I expected. They also answer all My questions clearly. I am sticking with Plumb-It when I have plumbing issues. I’ve had them replace a toilet, an outdoor spigot, a badly installed bathroom pipe, a broken gas stove shut off valve, and cap off an ice-maker water pipe.

I called after 4 on a Wednesday asking about removal of my old water heater and installation of new one a few feet from where the old one was located. They quoted me a fair price and said they would arrive the next morning between 8 and 9. They arrived at 8:05 and were finished just before 10 am. I highly recommend their friendly, efficient and professional service.

Plumb it inc was very easy to contact, it was (unfortunately) christmas eve when our basement started flooding and (understandably) most companies did not answer their phone. Plumb it answered it right away and scheduled a replacement of our water heater right after Christmas. They arrived on time and finished the job very fast. We just purchased a home and have them as a contact for all of our plumbing needs because it is good to have reliable companies to call that will be timely and always answer their phone. The water heater was good quality and we felt their pricing was fair. would hire them again and recommend them to neighbors.

It was for my ejector pump that went out. I called no answer but Scott called me right back. Gave me an estimate and time frame. Offered to help troubleshoot over phone too, and I passed since it sounded like it was the ejector pump.
The 2 guys, James and Trey showed up promptly. Very nice, and down to earth. They worked quickly and thoroughly too. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
