Roto-Rooter used to be our go-to for our chronically clogged sink. Under this new management, the price was doubled! They quoted $700 for less than an hour of work to clean a clogged kitchen sink. We wont be able to use them again in the future.

On New Year’s Day, we had a leak in our living room ceiling which at the time we had no idea where the water came from. After a long night we were able to get roto rooter to come in, fix the problem quickly without further cause of damage. The technician was sufficient and effective.

Sewage was backing up into our basement, so we had to call for a last minute appointment which made for a late evening. Kevin showed up ready to get the problem solved, had a great attitude, and was done within the hour. What could have been a terrible situation was stopped in its tracks pretty quickly thanks to Kevin! Will definitely call again for future plumbing needs!!

Warning ⚠️ For a simple kitchen line clog, these cons tried to charge me $615 with $100 coupon off. I’m posting what the average charge is for this. What cons!!!!! I called another company to do it for $195! Run from this company. The plumber was very nice though from Roto Rooter and he doesn’t control their pricing. Do your homework!

The workers were great. Did the job and explained everything clearly. However, they were 2 hours late for my appointment. I also think to clean a drain should not be $750.

We had a sewer clog in our basement over the weekend and called this company for help. The first person who came just looked around to see if there might be any work for their restoration team. About an hour later, the plumbing technician arrived. Even though they knew we had water backing up into the basement, he came without a rodding machine, had to leave to get it, and came back an hour later.

After doing some rodding, he said the scoping technician would only come if they suspected a bigger job. He rodded a few times, claimed there were no roots, and said he couldn’t go any further with the machine. Then the scoping guy came, did an inspection, and told us the pipe outside our house had collapsed and would need to be dug up and repaired—for $16,000.

We weren’t convinced and called another company for a second opinion. Their technician came equipped with both rodding and scoping tools, removed a bunch of roots, and fixed the problem within a couple of hours.

Bottom line: Root-Rooter tried to upsell a major job that wasn’t necessary. Be cautious before agreeing to any expensive repairs.

I called and within an hour they arrived. My sewer was clogged due to tree roots. He was very acknowledgeable and gave us good suggestions.

Work not completed properly. Still waiting for a schedule of when the corrections will be completed and a full inspection of the system is done and I have video of the system to confirm the work with my insurance company.

Service techs showed up quickly, gave me an estimate, started working right away. Had my sewer line unclogged and flowing after cleaning out the root in the drain. Next day another tech showed up with a camera to inspect the entire line to the street. Showed me where the roots were coming in within minutes. Great service. A little costly but they did discount the job upfront. But you couldn’t ask for much more they got the job done quickly. After watching them I was glad I hire them rather than renting one from HD. Without the power feed in and out I would have been there fighting it all day. Glad I called. Would definitely recommend them!

Outstanding Service from Israel at Roto Rooter!

Israel came to my home to help resolve a severely clogged sewer line, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his incredible work ethic and professionalism. He worked tirelessly from 1pm to 8pm, trying every possible solution until the issue was fully resolved. Even when his machine broke, he stayed calm, respectful, and determined—quickly coming up with a new plan without missing a beat.

Thank you to the second technician, Kevin, who came out late with his machine to help resolve the issue. Together both Israel & Kevin did a great job!

Throughout the entire process, Israel was patient, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His commitment to the job and his positive attitude turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. He even cleaned everything up at the end, leaving my home spotless.

Roto-Rooter did a great job! Khadenhing and John, were very professional and explained what they needed to do to clear the drains, what complications could occur and how they would handle anything that came up. Everything went smooth, drains are open, they left no mess to clean up. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing work.

These guys were WONDERFUL! they came in and knew what they were doing! I had mr. Rooters come out first they charged me 100 to tell me I needed a 10k repair...never even got my water flowing. Roto came out and had me working again within a minute!!! If you ever need someone to come get you flowing roto-rooter is the ONLY place you should be calling!!

Kevin did a great job getting our sewer running again. He was very proactive in helping get us scheduled for a rotor rooter cleanup service and they will be coming out tomorrow morning to assess the messy situation. Also requested someone come to put a camera down the pipe because he is concerned there might be an issue with the pipe under the house and he didnt want to have it backing up again. Very very satisfied with his service and thoughtfulness in making sure things were running before he left.

I had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter. Nertil came out to fix the water supply stop valves under the sink, and from start to finish the service was top-notch. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and he answered all my questions before leaving. I would highly recommend.
