Andy Michels responded quickly to emails and calls, worked with us on timing and our budget. Finished ahead of schedule and gave us a discount off the agreed upon price because it took less time than expected. Couldn't be happier with the work their team did replacing 70yr old cast iron waste lines.

We have been happy with the service from Michels for over 10 years. They installed a sump pump, an emergency sump pump backup and performed miscellaneous plumbing related tasks for us. Each time the service is performed quickly, professionally and at a reasonable cost. Why go anywhere else?

Michaels was awesome. From the moment I called them, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The plumber came out and fixed a couple gas leaks and replaced some valves that were faulty in the old home. VERY knowledgeable guy. Clean and quick work. Even took the time to explain how the gas company would handle the rest of the situation. I now have a good local plumber in case i need it!

I had a hot water heater that needed to be replaced. From the call for an estimate, the follow up call from information provided, to the service tech that came out for the repair, this was the most professional plumbing company I called of the 20 plus plumbers I called that day!. They were not the lowest quote, but they gave an honest range in the quote. The end result was they came in lower than their quote and were the best price of all quotes given from all companies. Just an outstanding experience. I have a plumber fro life!

Michels Plumbing provides excellent and professional service. I used them for my business and they came out on the same day to solve a smelly garbage disposal problem. We noticed the meticulousness of how Andy performed his job so that it was fixed permanently. Today we had an emergency call out for a sewer gas smell in our home and again Andy was able to come out same day. He was careful to explain the problem after troubleshooting and again took care of it permanently. Very friendly. Versatile company that handles older homes with boilers and radiator. It is so good to know that there is a local family company that provides this kind of service in the area. I highly recommend this company

My wife and I are so pleased with the work that was done at our house last week. We had our hot water heater replaced with a Navien pump system because we didn't want to bother with a hot water heater in the future, and our hot water heater was getting old. The work was done on-time and with excellent craftsmanship. Also, the men were very thorough about cleaning up the area they worked in.

Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a leaky shower handle and a clogged bathtub drain and all were fixed in about 2 hours time. We had a terrible experience with another plumbing company so it was a relief to have Michel's come out and fix what the other company couldn't and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Michels provided competitive, upfront pricing for a front bib replacement for our outdoor hose. Bryan also suggested an inline turnoff for both our front and rear hose bibs, allowing for winter turnoff. Prompt, professional service and highly recommended!

From a plumbing perspective I have no issue, however they are pricey. My biggest complaint with Michels and speaking with Matt is that they truly DO NOT care about customer service. Their plumber Bryan used an outlet for rodding that blew out an outlet and lights along that circuit. Bryan then used a different outlet to complete the job without telling me about the blown circuit. Matt(owner/manager) took absolutely no ownership and was unreasonable of the issue they caused. I would never use them again and advise using a company with not only good plumbing skills but also customer satisfaction as a priority with warranty and fair pricing.

I had a leaky sink faucet and called Michels Plumbing. Katie was very responsive and scheduled me with the promise if a plumber freed up prior to my agreed upon date she would fit me in. A man did become available a day earlier. She called as promised and Brian arrived in less than a half hour a day early. He was friendly and very efficient. He removed and replaced the faucet in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the charges for the service and the way I was treated. #buylocal

I love Michels Plumbing. Brian is so knowledgeable and professional, plus very kind. He has fixed numerous plumbing issues with no problems. He has been a plumber for 30 years and still enjoys his job, and it shows. And thank you to Katie for scheduling my last appointment at short notice for a shower emergency and making it seem effortless, when I know they were booked up. Katie and Brian really were awesome arranging the service call and solving our mainline problem caused by tree roots. Problem occurred with no warning and Katie was able to send Brian super fast to get the problem solved. Our second time having Michels come and both times the service and care has been exceptional.

Michel’s crew repiped our water line from the street with copper to bypass the old lead line. They accomplished this with minimal disturbance by using their auger drill from across the street guided with ground reading sensors. They mapped it out and brought the line up from under the basement floor without damaging the 1850’s limestone foundation and then repaired the floor. The old utilities were, shall we say, from another time. They are efficient and experienced with their guidance system. We recommend them highly and without reservations as they are adept at the old skills and the new technology.

I wish all my customer service experiences were this awesome. It started with Katie setting the appointment and answering my lengthy questions. Today Brian arrived to make several repairs and he was great! He was very detailed, professional, polite and extremely friendly. Each and every one of our 6 issues have been resolved. You are my plumbing team for all my future needs. I highly recommend .
