I can't really speak to the quality of the work performed, as my appointment was rescheduled 3 times!!! After the 3rd time
I decided to go with a different company. If they can't show up to an appointment on time, 3 times, Im very hesitant to go any farther with this company.

Kavonte was great. He was very efficient and effective in his work snaking sink and bathtub for me.

Tyler T. and his partner were awesome!!! Very nice, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and HARD workers!! They did a fantastic job and didn’t stop until our sewer line and basement lines were good to go. They even cleaned up the basement and bleached around the basement drain when they were finished. They both deserve HUGE kudos. Next time we have an issue we will request them again. We’re also now lifetime customers. It’s so rare to have a company actually follow up after the service call. My tech showed up and was professional and prepared. He talked to me about everything he was going to do. Then he found an issue with the cast iron pipe leading out of the house. He called a camera guy out to take a look at no extra charge. I needed it fixed and fast or my pipes would back up again in the next week. The camera guy quoted me $11,300. I called my dad and he said that was way overpriced. Lucky he knows a guy who came out and did the job for $600. He said that if he was charging a regular customer and not a family friend, he would have charged no more than $4,200. So I paid the same price to have my drains cleaned as I did to have my whole yard dug up and have pvc put in to replace the 4 foot length of cast iron that was corroded and should have never been put in in the 1st place. Roto rooter is not the jam. Their prices are super inflated and not worth it.

Ervis from Roto-Rooter came to the rescue for my family to unclog our toilet on a Sunday! They were prompt and relatively affordable compared to the other quotes I received. I am very appreciative. The work also came with a one week warranty.

Tony was great. Very professional, worked carefully in our basement and was very personable. Very grateful for his expertise and advice.

Main sewer line backed up. TONY came out on the weekend, short notice, freezing temps and cleared it. Recommended some other services as well to prevent future emergencies.
