Went in today for parts on a home shower repair. Friendly and expert service. Next time I do a home plumbing repair I will buy parts from these guys instead of the big box stores.

I'm no plumber but Rodney in parts found what I needed and explained how to install it. He's better than YouTube! Thx again.

After 10 minutes and listening to the counter guys discussing TVs and ignoring us went to Berkheimer to get our water heaters. Customer service is awful when you have to walk out. They could care less about selling anything.

Had a young man cut me off and hang up on me very quickly because he didn't have the answer to my question. Very rude. When he heard me say that I was looking for sodium hydroxide or lye for use other than plumbing he very rapidly said OK thank you goodbye. I have been a long time customer along with my family. Not sure if I will use them again.

We have bought all our bathroom faucets and shower gears from them. They’re knowledgeable and very friendly. Also, the prices were quite competitive.

Recently purchased from this store and we could not be happier, the service was outstanding, the knowledge of sale person was outstanding. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We will in the future being doing our business at this Aurora store, all your plumbing needs and actually all the help you need and answered with this company. Thanks Meyer

Purchased a replacement shower faucet from Michelle. Showed her a photo of my old faucet and she told me it was a Delta and that we had to replace it with a Delta faucet if we didn't want to open up the wall, so that's what we ordered. When the plumber arrived, he told us our old faucet was a Moen and the new faucet wouldn't work. We had to pay a $60 restocking fee for her error. She also told me the hand held magnetic shower head we ordered had a pause button to pause the water and turns out it doesn't, so I wouldn't even had to replace the one I had. That's the only reason I was ordering a new one. Very dissatisfied with the help we were given.

Terrible customer service with an attitude! Real cocky and felt like they could care less about an issue I had with an old cast iron plumbing. It was mostly the older guy. Once he left the younger guy seemed more considerate. I do not need an attitude when I expect help. If I did not persue the issue I would of never got an idea of how to resolve my problem. I will never go back!!!

Visited the WM. F Meyer store last weekend and got superb service from Michelle P. Spent the necessary time going over options and prices and really helped us decide. We have been to other local supply houses and bath showrooms and the service at Wm. F. Meyer was superb compared to others. Great service, and follow up. On time delivery. I would definitely recommend to others!

Contrary to the cranky person who had bad service we had wonderful service when buying a kitchen sink and a faucet. Michelle even went so far as to loan us a sample faucet so we could see how we liked the color in our kitchen before we ordered it and thus avoided a restocking fee. Everyone we dealt with (including Brandi for the sink) was nothing less than helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

The showroom is attractive and features many options. However, I walked around for 40 minutes before I was told that the sales people work on appointment first, with walk-ins following and that it might be some time before I was waited on. I did not experience the sales persons there as engaging. I don't mind being told what I was told. The manner in which it was delivered was not inviting.

We bought from this company before visiting the Aurora showroom. The hours listed are 8am-noon on Saturday. Showed up at 8am. Showroom doesn’t open until 9am. You can only get parts at 8am. Okay, so we waited. 9am we entered the showroom to a sign saying booked for the day. Nowhere on their website do they say “by appointment only” or when I called this morning did the man say “we open at 9am but you need to schedule an appointment.” We never had to do that before on any Saturday we visited. They need clear information on their website. We drove 30 minutes for a wasted trip. Their loss. Our business for 3 bath remodels will go elsewhere with this experience.

I needed a few parts for an old shower and stopped at Meyer Plumbing in Aurora. The show room here is awesome & If you're building a new home or remodeling I recommend you check them out. I thought with all of the fancy fixtures they wouldn't want to bother helping me out, but they were very nice and had what I needed in stock. Very impressed with the service and I recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Great service. Sales process was easy even with all of my uneducated questions about bathrooms remodel. When ordered, I expected 5 to 10 days for custom pieces and a Thursday order just before closing arrived Tuesday afternoon -- faster than expected. Pricing is right in line with competitors.

If you like good quality product and aren't bothered by rude or apathetic service, this is the place to go to. I bought a bath tub, shower fixtures and drain parts for a bathroom renovation. The fixtures (shower head, knob, and faucet) were brushed nickel finish. They didn't have drain parts with a matching finish and they lazily sent me parts with a non-matching finish. On top of that they shorted me on parts that go underneath the tub as part of the drain kit. The contractor I hired had to make a trip to explain everything to them, and purchase additional parts. This cost additional time (labor) that I had to pay for. In the end I had to buy and use pieces from two different packages (paying full price for both) and they wouldn't accept a return on the remaining parts from a situation they were the cause of. I will say that it was very easy to work with the showroom lady. It's the guys in the back that run the parts department and management that deserve the shame.

Had a terrible experience. Entered store after calling first to confirm we didn’t need an appointment. Lady was nice on the phone and said they were not busy...come on in. Started to look around and a salesMAN came over. He then started firing questions at us. I felt he was condescending, especially to my wife. We answered his questions, but he didn’t seem to get the answers he wanted. He seemed to ignore my wife. She was traumatized. As we were walking out, he yelled out a parting shot.

We will not return.

Their items are great!! The service not so much!! I placed an order in April for express delivery. I told the lady the correct address never arrived. After going back and forth we find out that she had the incorrect address! The worst part is when you call and they don’t want to talk to you. Jennifer who was the first person to help is always in a meeting. Even the days that she is supposedly off. You can’t talk to anyone else because it goes start to voicemail. You spend so much money on these items for them not to arrive and get this people not to answer your calls. If you can find another place that has these items great, but I would not recommend this place!!!

Recently A2Z Plumbing changed out my old galvanized supply lines to copper and kitchen drain upgrade to pvc. All of this was done in one day at a fair price. Great company to work with. I will definitely be calling them again.

Very poor service!! They damaged my duct work and completely lost all communication with me!! So disappointing!!
