Just a horrible company! The 'work' they performed looked like it was done by an 8 year old, they left a big mess in our home, the workers were extremely rude and used foul language and threatened to rip our basement drain apart if we didn't pay them right away, and they didn't fix the issue we called them for after charging us $400.00 They said they wanted to come back again and charge us another $400.00 and we ended up calling a another plumber who came out a day later and charged $145.00 and fixed the problem in about an hour. I wouldn't recommend Affordable plumbers to anyone. They were the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life.

Was late first day, second day also.. Bob quoted me and we agreed on a price.. when all said and done he gave me a price of 1,000 more !!! Without discussing it before the work was done ! Never wanted chrome in the shower for the faucet so that has to be replaced.. the tub he put in there has a huge scratch in it.. we discussed oil bronze for the fixtures in the shower he said they were out so hes gonna get brushed nickle.. somehow chrome ended up in there. What a joke. The guys that work for him are super nice we had great conversation.. no contract, invoice or breakdown of what was done. And of course no receipt. Put your ducks in a row before you consider this guy doing anything in ur house.

My wife contacted this guy Bobby twice regarding a leaking water heater. He quoted her a good price, and she explained that she had to confer with me. I called this guy for two days consistently. Maybe a total of ten or more calls. All to no avail. He wouldn't answer the phone. You couldn't leave a message because his mail box was full. Contacted him on his site, received no response. Eventually I had to go a different route. However, low and behold, I get a midnight message from the guy three days later saying "I can do Thursday. " Very unprofessional.

I paid a couple hundred dollars to get a spigot replaced and my bathtub drain replaced. They brazed the spigot and its still leaking. For a week I've been calling/messaging and no reply for 4 days. Finally said he'll come Monday, but Monday comes no Reply until almost 9pm saying he will come Wednesday(today) and when I ask what time he stops replying. I don't normally write reviews but this frustrated me very much because I want them to fix a job they did and that I paid them for. My water bill came in and is running higher than ever. It's like once they get your money you never hear from them again.

Edit: not wrong company. Phone number on this company matched call logs and texts from ROBERT RANKIN. I have photos to prove.

Least expensive water heater of the 3 quotes I got. I recently used them for a sump pump and boy was I lucky - rained heavy the next day, but their product worked great, and there's a huge difference between their pump and my old one - theirs doesn't make much noise at all. Very hush.

I especially like their responsiveness and that they communicate well with pictures and emails. I also liked they didn't charge me a rush fee even though they came over within the hour. Lastly, they were very professional, especially with Covid.

I think these guys are trustworthy, they do great quality work for the least expensive price, and they do it fast. What else could you want? I tried two others near me over the years, but I like Robert and his pal a lot. Can't go wrong.

These guys are great! On a Friday late in the day, I calling multiple places and waited for a response. While waiting I search for another plumber and found out it was my lucky day! Bobbie from Affordable Plumbing Solutions calls me back in less than 5 minutes! He and Chris arrive in about 30 minutes. Both were knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I know we will be using them in the future and will recommend them to our friends as well. Bobbie and Chris your were awesome!

Affordable plumbing provided service to us about 10 days ago in. replacing Kitchen faucet that was leaking. We had purchased Delta premium faucet and asked them to install. The replacement was inaccurate and the associates did not test the faucet after installation. They rushed out with our new faucet box with tools and accessories. We contacted them many times and many text messages were sent. Everyday promises were made to deliver the box. The new faucet was leaking from the hub as it was not tightened. Follow-up with this company is impossible and not respectable at all. Very bad experience. Do NOT Recommend this vendor for any plumbing. Absolutely disappointing and work was not completed. Incompetent and rude owner and staff.

Will use again! Reached out to multiple plumbers and many were too busy to help or charged outrageous amounts. Affordable Plumbing had fair pricing and provided fast, professional service.

Called Affordable to fix leaky faucet in Master Bath. Was given a 7am appt for Friday which was confirmed with a text. Got up early to be ready for plumber. By 7:30 no one had shown up. Called to find out where plumber was. Got a call back claiming there was confusion on the appt time with the plumber. Not sure where confusion came in when I had written confirmation. Plumber wanted to come later or another day. My schedule was packed and I would not trust their work after this instance. Cancelled work with them

Bob A. Came to our house to help with 2 problems. He started by trying to fix the problem the most affordable way and working his way up. This is after explaining the possibilities. I ended up needing a new disposal and a simple fix on our tub. Pricing was fair and Bob was very professional, and left our home clean and me having an end to searching for plumbing help. It will be Bob from Buddy every time.

My Experience was very professional & timely, the Technician was very informative, I didn’t feel I was being taken advantage of, I was so impressed and confident in his explanation of service needed with my technician I didn’t want to take a chance of someone else giving me a total different explanation of what will be needed and cost be more expensive, therefore I schedule the job with the Technician I felt comfortable with. He gave me more valuable information after the job for the future, Very satisfied
