I asked them to change the pipe that was connected to the main pipe of my condo, I looked for the best price. They came home over one hour later and they didnt do what I was looking for. They reemplaced only a portion of the pipe.

They underbid the jobs that needed to be done took 1,000 dollars of my money, and never came back. They successfully completed two of the six jobs they were supposed to do. Then when I threatened to report them, the owner got his girlfriend to send me threats online through social media. What a joke.

Bobby & Rick are outstanding. They responded to a leak on short notice and took great care of me to fully address my issue. Great communication, service, & support throughout the process. A+

Set appointment for 9 AM on a Tuesday five days prior to the appointment. The day before the appointment, I confirmed with the owner who said that he would be there at 9 AM on that Tuesday the day of the appointment, never received a call or text stating that they would be late around 11 AM on Tuesday was told that they would be there at 12:30 PM. by 1:15 PM, they never showed up. Complete incompetence and horrific communication. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and doing everything in my power to put this company out of business.

These guys nailed it. I saw them mentioned in the Nextdoor app for my neighborhood and so I looked them up and called them. Purchased a new place in Aurora that someone had flipped and ever since I moved in the Kitchen sink never drained properly. I received quotes from others that started around $2,200 to 'fix' what was done incorrectly during the flip. Come to find out, it appears that those other places had vacation property payments due LOL and Bobby and team came in and an hour or so later, water drains correctly and it was all under $300. Way to go! I know who I will always call for my plumbing challenges while I live here.

Scheduled a time to get work done, 1st they wanted a million pictures before they came out, then scheduled time and never show up, called at the end of the day and promised will be there the next day but never show. Wasted few days, I suggest, find a plumber with better rating and go with them, so may around the Aurora area

They came out to look at the job, left and ghosted me when I attempted to contact them. I would not use them ever. The least that they could do as a business, is tell me they were not interested in doing this work. The behavior shows you how they will handle any issues, mistakes or honor their work if they did do work and there was something that needed to be fixed. Red flag.

At least deomonstrate professionalism guys.

Bobby and his team are great, we got a leaky shower fixed with a valve replacement. Previously a different company wanted to charge more and do unnecessary work and the company before that was clueless. Will use again.
