Came out and installed a brand new AC unit. They were very helpful with options, with a great price and customer service. I will definitely be using them again to replace my furnace. I called multiple companies and I’m glad I went with them.

Fast and reliable service. I contacted this company the day my AC would not turn on (the first time I really needed it after a long winter). They were able to send a technician the same day, who diagnosed and fixed the issue - also that very same day. I live in a 100 year old house and I have a less well-known AC system (Unico), and yet I was surprised by how smooth everything went. I will definitely be using them in the future!

First of all we purchased a brand new furnace and new central air conditioner in our rental property. There previously had not been a air conditioner installed in the home. It was built in 1999. So it was in December 2024 when we had both installed by two guys I previously not met. So after installation the new furnace did not blow warm air. The house was cold they left. We didn't get someone to come out to work on it for us until another week had passed. We paid in full at the time of installation. Our phone calls were ignored for the most part. So they finally sent a 20 year old young inexperienced man . He was polite and called to resolve the situation. There were a lot of errors that still need to be corrected from the installation. 1st off the air conditioner did not work at all so far this year. I called because we suppose to have a 2 or 3 year warranty. I called more times than I can count. Remember we paid for the system in full back in December. So finally July 16 someone comes out with no advanced notice like letting the tenants know a day before ect... instead he calls minutes before and says I'm on my way. Comes out leaves after about 5 minutes and says he will follow up. I know when you install an air conditioner you need a condensation pump along side your furnace wherever your cool air pipes are . They didn't even put one on the furnace. There is a lot of corrections that need to be done that I can write a book. So when you pay in full this is quality of work you receive from this company?? I've hired the owner before because I buy and flipped properties before. I had no issue when he did the work. But the guys he sent in December to install did a bad job. I've had other HVAC companies inspect this work and they point out numerous errors. I'm hoping this situation gets resolved soon. I guess the worse experience is the customer service when I call it's no answer or a text I'll call you back. Then no one respond to a customer who paid in full from day one. Smh..... wow

Top notch company! I had an air conditioner replaced on a house I was selling and the owner went above and beyond to get it done quickly. The price was much better than everyone else too. Most importantly, they did a great job and the new AC works great.

I got the pleasure of meeting with Olga today she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave me a quote on a whole new system and gave me the blower motor i needed for an emergency repair. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks

Sergey's team replaced my A/C unit last year. This summer drainage from the stack was blocked and I had water leak into my basement. He came out himself to inspect and fix it.

So, we had a problem with our furnace yesterday and had no heat overnight which is not a big deal, but I called these guys this morning and they were at my house within 10 minutes and immediately fixed the problem.

They were courteous, friendly and most of all, professional. They saved me a lot of time and a lot of money.

These are my new go-to guys if I ever have a problem with my HVAC. I cannot recommend these guys enough!!!

Renew HVAC did an amazing job for me. They installed two new air conditioners and two new furnaces in my home. All installers were skilled, very hard working and respectful. During the installation process, my home presented some unique and difficult problems. This company addressed these issues and resolved them with a work ethic and perseverance that is hard to find anymore. After all the extra effort, they did not nickel and dime me. They are very trustworthy. I highly recommend this company and I am fortunate to have found them.

I had Renew HVAC.inc take out an old furnace from The Farmhouse and install a new updated energy efficient furnace.
